Μια χαρά ο Σπύρος έμπειρος,αν ξέρεις τι θέλεις έχει την γνώση να σε βοηθήσει,τον συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.
Πολύ κατατοπιστικός και επεξηγηματικός.
Ασχολήθηκε με την περίπτωσή μου στο έπακρο και με βοήθησε πολύ σύμφωνα με τις δικές μου ανάγκες .
Με υπομονή μου εξήγησε όλα τα σημεία τις διαδικασίας και μου έφτιαξε πρόγραμμα με βάση τόσο τις διατροφικές μου ανάγκες όσο και τις πρακτικές (εύκολα και γρήγορα στην προετοιμασία και οικονομικά φαγητά).
Μου φάνηκε πολύ καλός διατροφολόγος. Αφιέρωσε πολύ χρόνο στο να φτιάξει ένα πρόγραμμα ειδικά για μένα και ήταν φιλικός.
Πολύ καλός διατροφολόγος. Ασχολήθηκε αρκετά με το πρόγραμμα της διατροφής μου και μου ενέπνευσε εμπιστοσύνη. Τον συστήνω!

Ο καλύτερος διατροφολόγος που έχω πάει. Κατάφερα να χάσω 4,6 κιλά σε δύο μόλις εβδομάδες χωρίς να πεινάσω καθόλου. Νιώθω ευτυχισμένος και υπερήφανος. Συνεχίζουμε με δύναμη.
