Άκουσε το πρόβλημά μου προσεκτικά, με εξέτασε και μου πρότεινε αμέσως τη λύση εξηγώντας μου τα βήματα της διαδικασίας που θα ακολουθηθεί και της αποθεραπείας που θα χρειαστεί χωρίς βιασύνη. Μου ενέπνευσε εμπιστοσύνη, καθώς δείχνει να γνωρίζει πολύ καλά το αντικείμενό της.
