Στα πλαίσια του προγράμματος αυτού μετέβει στην Κολωνία της Γερμανίας, όπου και εξειδικεύτηκε στην Αισθητική Χειρουργική του προσώπου, όπως το face lift, mid face lift, την χειρουργική της περιοφθάλμιας χώρας καθώς και επεμβάσεις μετά από μαζική απώλεια βάρους, υπό την καθοδήγηση του Prof. Dirk Richter και τωρινό πρόεδρο της ISAPS. Συνέχισε την εξειδίκευση του στον τομέα της Ρινοπλαστικής, στην Μέκκα των επεμβάσεων της ρινοπλαστικής, στην Τεχεράνη του Ιράν. Καθημερινά συμμετείχε σε πλειάδα επεμβάσεων είτε πρωτοπαθών είτε δευτεροπαθών, υπό τους Prof Babak Nikoumaram, τον Prof Ali Manafi, Prof. Farhad Hafesi, Dr. Hamed Bateni και άλλους. Η Γιάννακα Βάσω είναι Δερματολόγος - Αφροδισιολόγος με εξειδίκευση στην Αισθητική Δερματολογία. Το 2006 εισήχθει στο τμήμα της Ιατρικής στο Αριστοτέλειο Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλονίκης, όπου και το 2012 ολοκλήρωσε τις σπουδές της.
