Η Τσικελούδη Μαρία είναι Δερματολόγος - Αφροδισιολόγος και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο, στη Θεσσαλονίκη, ενώ, παράλληλα, διατηρεί ενεργή παρουσία στον ιδιωτικό τομέα στο Λονδίνο. Aποφοίτησε το 2002 από την Ιατρική Σχολή του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης. Κατόπιν τρίμηνης εκπαίδευσης στο Γ.Ν. Λάρισας, ολοκλήρωσε την υπηρεσία υπαίθρου στο Π.Ι. Κοιλάδας του Κ.Υ. Η Γιάννακα Βάσω είναι Δερματολόγος - Αφροδισιολόγος με εξειδίκευση στην Αισθητική Δερματολογία. Το 2006 εισήχθει στο τμήμα της Ιατρικής στο Αριστοτέλειο Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλονίκης, όπου και το 2012 ολοκλήρωσε τις σπουδές της. Ακολούθησε η έναρξη της ειδικότητας της (του γενικού τμήματος) στην Παθολογική Κλινική του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Λευκάδας για ενάμιση χρόνο. Συνέχισε με το ειδικό κομμάτι της δερματολογίας σε κλινικές της Γερμανίας όπως την Borkum Riff Klinik (ειδίκευση στις χρόνιες παθήσεις του δέρματος όπως ατοπική δερματίτιδα, ψωρίαση), καθώς και την Πανεπιστημιακή Κλινική Hautklinik στο Johannes Wesling Klinikum στο Minden  (ειδίκευση στο καρκίνο δέρματος).
