Η Γιάννακα Βάσω είναι Δερματολόγος - Αφροδισιολόγος με εξειδίκευση στην Αισθητική Δερματολογία. Το 2006 εισήχθει στο τμήμα της Ιατρικής στο Αριστοτέλειο Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλονίκης, όπου και το 2012 ολοκλήρωσε τις σπουδές της. Ακολούθησε η έναρξη της ειδικότητας της (του γενικού τμήματος) στην Παθολογική Κλινική του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Λευκάδας για ενάμιση χρόνο.
