After completing his mandatory rural service at the Infectious Diseases Hospital of Athens, he specialized in Ophthalmology at the Athens Polyclinic and the Athens Eye Clinic. Maria Aleksaki is an ophthalmic surgeon and collaborator at the Aktina Center in Chalandri and Athens.
