Αποφοίτησε μετά από 6ετή φοίτηση από την ιατρική σχολή του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών με βαθμό “λίαν καλώς” και μετέβη στη Γερμανία, όπου ειδικεύτηκε στη μαιευτική και γυναικολογία. Τα τελευταία 6 χρόνια της παραμονής του εκεί εργάστηκε στο ακαδημαϊκό νοσοκομείο Agaplesion Allgemeines Krankenhaus Hagen του πανεπιστήμιου Ruhr Bochum όπου και έλαβε τον τίτλο του Επιμελητή Α’ (Oberarzt). Η γυναικολογική κλινική αποτελεί περιγεννητικό κέντρου πρώτου (μέγιστου) βαθμού, κέντρο ενδομητρίωσης, κέντρο δυσπλασίας τραχήλου-κολποσκόπησης και κέντρο μαστού. Εκεί έλαβε πλήρη εκπαίδευση στον τομέα Ειδική Μαιευτική και Περιγεννητική Ιατρική (Spezielle Geburtshilfe und Perinatal Medizin) και εξειδικεύτηκε στις κυήσεις υψηλού κινδύνου και τους επιπλεγμένους τοκετούς, φέρνοντας στον κόσμο περισσότερα από 900 νεογνά, ενώ έλαβε τον τίτλο DEGUM I από την Γερμανική Εταιρεία Ιατρικού Υπερήχου (DEGUM). Ως επικεφαλής του κέντρου ενδομητρίωσης πραγματοποίησε εκτός των άλλων περισσότερες από 500 λαπαροσκοπικές επεμβάσεις υψηλού βαθμού δυσκολίας, λαμβάνοντας τον τίτλο MIC II από την Γερμανική Εταιρεία Γυναικολογικής Ενδοσκόπησης (AGE). Ακολούθως μετεκπαιδεύτηκε στο World Laparoscopy Hospital στο Νέο Δελχί, όπου πιστοποιήθηκε στη ρομποτική γυναικολογική χειρουργική και στα συστήματα da Vinci Si και Xi. Υπήρξε ένας από τους πρώτους λαπαροσκόπους παγκοσμίως που πραγματοποίησαν λαπαροσκοπική θεραπεία της πρόπτωσης μήτρας με χρήση των συνδέσμων Cooper (Λαπαροσκοπική Κτενοπηξία – Laparoscopic Pectopexy – Laparoskopische Pektopexie) καθώς και λαπαροσκοπική θεραπεία της κυστεοκήλης χωρίς την χρήση πλέγματος (Laparoskopische vordere Plastik) με εξαιρετικά αποτελέσματα. Τον Νοέμβριο του 2017 πραγματοποίησε την πρώτη επέμβαση Λαπαροσκοπικής Κτενοπηξίας στην Ελλάδα και εισήγαγε τον αντίστοιχο ελληνικό ιατρικό όρο. Τον Ιανουάριο του 2018 παρουσίασε την Λαπαροσκοπική Κτενοπηξία στην ελληνική ιατρική κοινότητα. Στο πλαίσιο της ουρογυναικολογικής του εξειδίκευσης έλαβε τον τίτλο AGUB I από την Γερμανική Εταιρεία Ουρογυναικολογίας και Πλαστικής Επανόρθωσης Πυελικού Εδάφους (AGUB). Στην ¨Ορμονική Σχολή της Φρανκφούρτης¨ εξειδικεύτηκε και πιστοποιήθηκε στις τεχνικές υποβοηθούμενης αναπαραγωγής, δίνοντας ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στην εξατομικευμένη και evidence based θεραπεία εξωσωματικής γονιμοποίησης (IVF). Είναι πιστοποιημένος από τη Διεθνή Εταιρεία Γυναικολογικής Ενδοκρινολογίας (ISGE) και Μέλος της Ελληνικής Εταιρείας Ιατρών Υποβοηθούμενης Αναπαραγωγής. Ως επικεφαλής του κέντρου δυσπλασίας τραχήλου – κολποσκόπησης ειδικεύτηκε στην κολποσκοπική διάγνωση και θεραπεία προκαρκινικών αλλοιώσεων (ιός HPV) αλλά και σεξουαλικώς μεταδιδόμενων νοσημάτων του αιδοίου, του κόλπου και του τραχήλου της μήτρας. Από το 2017 ζει και εργάζεται στην Αθήνα.
