Eydiet is a private Dietetic Office with a warm and bright environment located in the Commercial Center of Nikaia (near the Nikaia metro station). The scientific director is Nutritionist - Dietitian Eydiet - Doudoulakaki Ioanna, a graduate of the Mediterranean University of Nutrition and Dietetics of Crete, having received 2 state scholarships and recently the award "HEALTH EAGLES 2026" among 89,000 dietetic offices throughout Greece. Her postgraduate studies focus on Emotional Obesity, Eating Disorders, Childhood - Adolescent Obesity, and Psychosomatic Medicine. She has many years of experience, having worked as a scientific collaborator in the Hypertension and Lipids Unit of the General Hospital of Athens "Hippocratio," in scientific research studies (e.g., on ezetimibe, statins, and beta-glucans), private clinical practices, and aesthetic centers. She was also the Nutrition Manager of the Drapetsona volleyball team and delivers lectures in schools. She is very passionate about her work, giving care and special attention to every diet patient she undertakes. Currently, she collaborates as a Nutrition Manager with the P. Faliro Sports Center under the auspices of the Olympic pole vault champion.

Vazaka Kely is a certified Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Paleo Faliro. She completed her studies in the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University. She continued her education in the Master's Program at Oxford University, titled "Applied Nutrition in Sports and Exercise." She firmly believes that our dietary habits are intrinsically linked to our psychology, which led her to pursue further training at the Center for Psychological Applications, in the seminar titled "Communication and Counseling Skills for Dietitians." During her internship, she worked as a Clinical Dietitian at the "Metaxa" Anticancer Hospital. Since 2021, she has worked in reputable dietetic offices. Her goal is to achieve each client's objectives through a balanced diet, personalized approach, and a healthy relationship with food!

Nutristory - Papaxristodoulou Filippos is a Dietetics - Nutrition office located in Neo Iraklio. Nutristory - Papaxristodoulou Filippos is a graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki. During his internship at the Dietetics-Nutrition Department of the General Hospital of Thessaloniki "G. Papanikolaou," he had the opportunity to observe and manage numerous cases across all clinical wards. He completed his thesis in the field of sports nutrition with the topic: "Nutritional Support for Middle-Distance Runners" at Hogeschool van Amsterdam as part of the Erasmus program. He has attended a large number of educational seminars, conferences, and workshops, covering a broad spectrum of the field of nutrition. Since 2009, after completing his studies, he has handled numerous cases as a freelancer, and currently operates the Nutristory Dietetics Office in Neo Iraklio, Attica, where he manages cases related to weight loss, weight maintenance and management in children, adolescents, and adults, clinical and sports nutrition, pregnancy, breastfeeding, among others. It is worth mentioning that, being a graduate of the Advanced Drama School of the National Theatre and having completed postgraduate studies ("Advanced Theatre Practice" at the London International School of Performing Arts), he organizes experiential physical theatre seminars for various social groups, including a support group for anorexic and bulimic individuals and a group for overeaters and obese individuals, aiming at reconciliation with the body and exploration of physical expression.

Αικατερίνη Παυλοπούλου, Msc

Αποφοίτησε από το Τμήμα Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας-Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και συνέχισε τις σπουδές στο ίδιο Πανεπιστήμιο αποκτώντας το Μεταπτυχιακό της δίπλωμα στην Εφαρμοσμένη Διαιτολογία-Διατροφή με κατεύθυνση τη «Διατροφή και Άσκηση». Κατά τη μετεκπαίδευσή της, παρακολούθησε το πρόγραμμα του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών για την αποτελεσματική συμβουλευτική και τις στρατηγικές αλλαγής συμπεριφοράς των διαιτώμενων. Παράλληλα, ολοκλήρωσε το πρόγραμμα «Ειδικής Αθλητικής Διατροφής» υπό την αιγίδα της Ακαδημίας Αθλητικής Διατροφής της Αγγλίας.

Ιωάννα Οικονομοπούλου, MMedSci

Είναι απόφοιτη του τμήματος Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας – Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και κάτοχος μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου σπουδών «Η Διατροφή στην Υγεία και στη Νόσο» από το τμήμα της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας. Παράλληλα, έχει ολοκληρώσει μετεκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα στην Παιδιατρική Διατροφή από το Monash University.

Με πολυετή εμπειρία στη διαχείριση κλινικών περιστατικών, στη ρύθμιση βάρους, στη διατροφική υποστήριξη αθλητών, παιδιών και ενηλίκων, καθώς και στη διατροφική εκπαίδευση, οι ειδικοί έχουν βοηθήσει εκατοντάδες ανθρώπους να βελτιώσουν την υγεία τους και να υιοθετήσουν έναν πιο ισορροπημένο τρόπο ζωής.

Skoulidi Virna BSc, MSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist with a private practice in Nea Ionia. She holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the Technological Educational Institute of Crete and has attended a clinical nutrition and dietetics seminar at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she possesses a master's degree in Nutrition, Public Health & Policies from the Agricultural University of Athens and in Nutritional Psychology from the CNP (Center for Nutritional Psychology). The specialist has worked as a Dietitian - Nutritionist at SALAS Catering Company and Fitpal Healthy Meals Company, as well as at the Elegance Aesthetic Center. Furthermore, she has worked in a Pulmonologist and Dietitian office, providing nutritional education to patients, body composition assessment, and designing individualized nutrition programs. Since 2016, she has been a contributor to magazines and websites related to wellness & fitness (Shape, Savoir Ville).

Grivea Ifigeneia - Nourish Lab is a clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Metamorfosi, Attica. She is a graduate of Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. She holds certified training in genomic nutrition from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she has received training from the Hellenic Nutrition Society in pediatric nutrition. She has attended numerous nutrition conferences both in-person and virtually. She has many years of experience in chronic, metabolic, and autoimmune diseases, having served as the scientific director of the nutrition department in a private clinic in Attica. Dimitrios Tzirarkas is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who maintains a private practice in Aigaleo. He has 27 years of professional experience and has handled thousands of cases. He is a graduate of the Department of Food Technology and Nutrition of the Thessaloniki Higher Technological Educational Institute. He specialized in Clinical Nutrition at the General Hospital "Asklipieio" in Voula, acquiring valuable knowledge with greater emphasis on Diabetes cases. In the past, he served as Head Dietitian at Weight Loss and Aesthetic Centers and worked at Avgirinopoulou IEK as an instructor in the field of Nutrition. Marilena Petrakou is a Dietitian-Nutritionist who maintains a private practice in Keratsini. She holds a degree from the School of Dietetics and Nutrition of the Technological Educational Institute of Crete. As part of her continuing education, she completed a Personalized Nutrition Training Seminar at the Metropolitan College of Athens, as well as Clinical Nutrition studies at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she worked as a Nutritionist during her internship at the General Hospital of Piraeus "Tzaneio." Marilena Nikolidaki RD BSc cMSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Rethymno. She is a graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics of the School of Health Sciences at the Hellenic Mediterranean University, and she is also pursuing a postgraduate program in "Nutrition & Public Health" at the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She has attended numerous educational programs and seminars, acquiring further knowledge in clinical nutrition, sports nutrition, diabetes mellitus and obesity, endocrinological issues in children and adolescents related to weight management. Manolaraki Marina is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains her private practice in Heraklion, Crete. Kormi Sofia is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist, graduate of the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, and holds a master's degree in Applied Dietetic Practice from Queen Margaret University, Scotland. She is also a registered Dietitian - Nutritionist licensed to practice by the Health and Care Professions Council of the United Kingdom (HCPC registered). She specializes in Eating Disorders and Obesity through the Eating Disorders Training and Management Center (EDTMC), in collaboration with the National Centre for Eating Disorders of Great Britain (NCFED). During her studies, she completed an internship as a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist at the General Hospital of Athens "Alexandra" and at the General Hospital Asklipieio Voulas. Currently, she works as a private Dietitian - Nutritionist in Athens, handling a variety of cases. Her goal is to provide reliable and high-quality information on nutrition, helping individuals achieve and maintain their dietary goals, while contributing to the enhancement of their quality of life through a balanced and sustainable diet.

Zaxarou Vera - Nutrithink is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a private practice in Piraeus. She completed her studies in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Crete. Foteini Nika graduated from the Department of Science of Dietetics - Nutrition at Harokopio University in 2016. She continued her academic path by completing the postgraduate program in Applied Dietetics-Nutrition at Harokopio University, specializing in Clinical Nutrition, where she graduated with distinction. Her master's thesis focused on the development and validation of a predictive index for assessing the likelihood of vitamin D deficiency in a pediatric school-aged population. Interested in continuous education and training, she has completed additional postgraduate courses in the following areas: "Stress Management & Health," National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), "Eating Disorders," NKUA, “Advanced Dietary Management and the low FODMAP Diet in IBS,” King's College London, and “Online Introduction to Paediatric Nutrition for Health Professionals,” Monash University. She has attended numerous conferences related to her field over time and has also served as a speaker at conferences, seminars, and workshops. She maintains her dietetic practice in Nea Erythraia. Within the framework of her professional experience, she has managed numerous clinical and sports nutrition cases in both adults and children. Finally, she is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians-Nutritionists Association.
