Foteini Nika graduated from the Department of Science of Dietetics - Nutrition at Harokopio University in 2016. She continued her academic path by completing the postgraduate program in Applied Dietetics-Nutrition at Harokopio University, specializing in Clinical Nutrition, where she graduated with distinction. Her master's thesis focused on the development and validation of a predictive index for assessing the likelihood of vitamin D deficiency in a pediatric school-aged population. Interested in continuous education and training, she has completed additional postgraduate courses in the following areas: "Stress Management & Health," National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), "Eating Disorders," NKUA, “Advanced Dietary Management and the low FODMAP Diet in IBS,” King's College London, and “Online Introduction to Paediatric Nutrition for Health Professionals,” Monash University. She has attended numerous conferences related to her field over time and has also served as a speaker at conferences, seminars, and workshops. She maintains her dietetic practice in Nea Erythraia. Within the framework of her professional experience, she has managed numerous clinical and sports nutrition cases in both adults and children. Finally, she is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians-Nutritionists Association. 

Mpotsifaras Ilias is a Dietitian-Nutritionist specializing in sports nutrition. He has a private practice at the NOUS THERAPY CENTER health center in the center of Thessaloniki. He is a lecturer at IEK ALFA Thessaloniki in the field of Nutrition and Dietetics. He graduated from the Department of Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics at the International Hellenic University (IHU), based in Thessaloniki. He completed his internship at the General Hospital of Thessaloniki, where he specialized in clinical cases involving eating disorders and obesity. He has completed postgraduate studies and holds a specialization in Sports Nutrition from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the International Hellenic University. Currently, he is pursuing his second postgraduate degree with a focus on Clinical Nutrition at the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the International Hellenic University. Additionally, he has received further training in eating disorders and obesity at NCfED in the United Kingdom. He has conducted research on the bone density of football players and the influence of their dietary habits. He has also worked as a dietitian-nutritionist at the 424 General Military Hospital, monitoring clinical cases in the hospital. Finally, he provides nutritional support for athletes, manages clinical cases with a broad spectrum of diseases, and cases involving eating disorders. It is worth noting his active involvement in conducting research on the dietary habits of patients with chronic urticaria.

Mosxou Eleni is a Dietitian - Nutritionist with a professional practice license and operates a private office in Pallini. She holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the International Hellenic University. She has earned the title of Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders and Obesity under the auspices of the National Centre for Eating Disorders in the United Kingdom. She specializes in modifying dietary behaviors through lifestyle habit changes in both adults and children, and develops personalized nutrition programs for weight modification, pathological cases, and athletes. She participates in numerous seminars and conferences to stay continuously updated on advancements in the field and delivers lectures at municipalities, schools, childcare institutions, and sports clubs, as well as interviews on television and YouTube on the topic of nutrition. Finally, she is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians - Nutritionists Association and the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists.

Kiousi Katerina is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains private practices in Paiania and Cholargos. She holds a degree in Nutrition Science from the School of Biomedical Sciences at the University of Surrey in the United Kingdom and a postgraduate degree in Education and Public Health Promotion from King’s College London. Additionally, she holds a Diploma in Basic Clinical Practice and Health Investigation from seminars attended at the International Academy of Health Investigation, Brookwood. She has gained significant professional experience and currently serves as the scientific director of the dietetics center at Voulioukaleio Clinic in Aigaleo and as an External Associate of boarding schools. In her private practices, she provides comprehensive nutrition programs tailored to individual needs. Finally, she has attended numerous industry conferences and is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists.
