Grivea Ifigeneia - Nourish Lab is a clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Metamorfosi, Attica. She is a graduate of Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. She holds certified training in genomic nutrition from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she has received training from the Hellenic Nutrition Society in pediatric nutrition. She has attended numerous nutrition conferences both in-person and virtually. She completed her internship at the General Hospital of Athens "Sismanoglio – Amalia Fleming" and began working as a Dietitian in the Nutrition Department of the hospital for 4 years, where she dealt with numerous clinical cases. Additionally, she collaborated for several years with various sports facilities and gyms, providing nutritional support and guidance to many athletes. She has extensive experience in the support of cases with eating disorders, regulation of body weight and metabolism, as well as clinical cases. Papataksiarxis Euaggelos MSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist with a private practice in Ampelokipoi. He holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki and a master's degree (MSc) with distinction in Applied Dietetics - Nutrition from Harokopio University of Athens. Foteini Nika graduated from the Department of Science of Dietetics - Nutrition at Harokopio University in 2016. She continued her academic path by completing the postgraduate program in Applied Dietetics-Nutrition at Harokopio University, specializing in Clinical Nutrition, where she graduated with distinction. Her master's thesis focused on the development and validation of a predictive index for assessing the likelihood of vitamin D deficiency in a pediatric school-aged population. Interested in continuous education and training, she has completed additional postgraduate courses in the following areas: "Stress Management & Health," National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), "Eating Disorders," NKUA, “Advanced Dietary Management and the low FODMAP Diet in IBS,” King's College London, and “Online Introduction to Paediatric Nutrition for Health Professionals,” Monash University. She has attended numerous conferences related to her field over time and has also served as a speaker at conferences, seminars, and workshops. She maintains her dietetic practice in Nea Erythraia. Within the framework of her professional experience, she has managed numerous clinical and sports nutrition cases in both adults and children. Finally, she is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians-Nutritionists Association. 

Skoulidi Virna BSc, MSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist with a private practice in Nea Ionia. She holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the Technological Educational Institute of Crete and has attended a clinical nutrition and dietetics seminar at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she possesses a master's degree in Nutrition, Public Health & Policies from the Agricultural University of Athens and in Nutritional Psychology from the CNP (Center for Nutritional Psychology). Είναι απόφοιτη του τμήματος Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας – Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και κάτοχος μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου σπουδών «Η Διατροφή στην Υγεία και στη Νόσο» από το τμήμα της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας. Παράλληλα, έχει ολοκληρώσει μετεκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα στην Παιδιατρική Διατροφή από το Monash University.

As part of her practical training, she worked in the Clinical Dietetics-Nutrition department of the 424 General Military Hospital of Thessaloniki. In 2025, she will also complete her training as a Master Practitioner in the fields of Obesity-Metabolic Syndrome and Eating Disorders.

Additionally, she collaborates with the Dementia Counseling Station of the Municipality of Papagou-Cholargos through the LLM CARE program, where she offers nutritional assessment and support to both people with dementia and their caregivers, informing them about appropriate dietary practices that can improve patients' quality of life.

Dimitrios Tzirarkas is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who maintains a private practice in Aigaleo. He has 27 years of professional experience and has handled thousands of cases. He is a graduate of the Department of Food Technology and Nutrition of the Thessaloniki Higher Technological Educational Institute. He specialized in Clinical Nutrition at the General Hospital "Asklipieio" in Voula, acquiring valuable knowledge with greater emphasis on Diabetes cases. Η Μαρκούση Μαριέττα είναι Κλινική Διαιτολόγος-Διατροφολόγος, απόφοιτη του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών με μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο στην Αθλητική Διατροφή. Ασκεί το επάγγελμα του διατροφολόγου για τουλάχιστον 16 έτη. Από το 2013 διατηρεί διαιτολογική μονάδα στη περιοχή της Νέας Ερυθραίας ενώ από το 2020 διατηρεί ακόμα μία στην περιοχή της Νέας Φιλαδέλφειας.

Κατά την πρακτική της άσκηση, παρείχε διαιτολογική υποστήριξη σε πολλά δημόσια νοσοκομεία της Αττικής ενώ έχει εργασθεί και εθελοντικά με το νοσοκομείο «Ερυθρός Σταυρός», στην Ενδοκρινολογική Κλινική, στο τμήμα Σακχαρώδη Διαβήτη & Παχυσαρκίας, στα πρώτα χρόνια της επαγγελματικής της καριέρας. In 2010 she graduated from the Chemistry Department of the University of Crete, while in 2015 she continued her studies at Harokopeion University, in the Department of Dietetics - Nutrition, from which she graduated in 2019. Her internship took place at the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko", as well as at the Anti-Cancer - Oncology Hospital of Athens "Agios Savas". Her love for Dietetics and Nutrition led her to attend the Master's degree program of Harokopio University with a specialization in "Nutrition & Exercise".
