She completed her studies in the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University. She continued her education in the Master's Program at Oxford University, titled "Applied Nutrition in Sports and Exercise." She possesses extensive experience and manages issues such as the management of diabetes mellitus, obesity, eating disorders, nutritional counseling, clinical nutrition, and more.

Mpelekos Vasilis MSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a private practice in Korydallos. He is a graduate of the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University and holds a master's degree in Applied Dietetics and Nutrition from the same institution. Through years of monitoring individuals requiring nutritional support, he has gained significant expertise in areas such as Clinical Nutrition, Nutritional Counseling, Sports and Exercise Nutrition, and the application of the Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) model. Elena Paulidi, MSc is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Ilioupoli.

Grivea Ifigeneia - Nourish Lab is a clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Metamorfosi, Attica. She is a graduate of Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. She holds certified training in genomic nutrition from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she has received training from the Hellenic Nutrition Society in pediatric nutrition. She has attended numerous nutrition conferences both in-person and virtually. Παράλληλα, ολοκλήρωσε το πρόγραμμα «Ειδικής Αθλητικής Διατροφής» υπό την αιγίδα της Ακαδημίας Αθλητικής Διατροφής της Αγγλίας.

Είναι απόφοιτη του τμήματος Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας – Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και κάτοχος μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου σπουδών «Η Διατροφή στην Υγεία και στη Νόσο» από το τμήμα της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας. Παράλληλα, έχει ολοκληρώσει μετεκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα στην Παιδιατρική Διατροφή από το Monash University.

Nutristory - Papaxristodoulou Filippos is a graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki. During his internship at the Dietetics-Nutrition Department of the General Hospital of Thessaloniki "G.
