Dimitrios Tzirarkas is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who maintains a private practice in Aigaleo. He has 27 years of professional experience and has handled thousands of cases. Αποφοίτησε από το Τμήμα Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας- Διατροφής της Σχολής Επιστημών Υγείας και Αγωγής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Κατέχει Μεταπτυχιακό Δίπλωμα στην Εφαρμοσμένη Διαιτολογία- Διατροφή με κατεύθυνση την Κλινική Διατροφή του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών καθώς και εξειδίκευση στο Health Coaching από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Η Κουτρουλή Ασπασία, BSc, MSc είναι απόφοιτη του Τμήματος Διατροφής και Διαιτολογίας του Ανώτατου Τεχνολογικού Εκπαιδευτικού Ιδρύματος Κρήτης, ενώ κατέχει Μεταπτυχιακό Δίπλωμα Ειδίκευσης στη Διατροφή στην Υγεία και την Νόσο του Τμήματος Ιατρικής του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας κι εξειδίκευση ως Personal Trainer Nutrition Coach από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Έχει ασχοληθεί ερευνητικά με την πρόληψη καρδιαγγειακών νοσημάτων, όπως το έμφραγμα του μυοκαρδίου. Πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική της άσκηση στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών «Κοργιαλένειο- Μπενάκειο Ε.Ε.Σ.» στο τμήμα Κλινικής Διατροφής. Melaxroinos Euaggelos is a Dietitian-Nutritionist, graduate of the Technological Educational Institute of Thessaly, and maintains a private practice in Komotini. He has experience and specializes in pediatric, adolescent, and sports nutrition, providing nutritional counseling.

Kouri Eirini is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a private practice in Nea Smyrni. She holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki, with postgraduate studies at Harokopio University (clinical dietitian). She has a master's degree in eating disorders, obesity, and childhood obesity, as well as a specialization in sports nutrition.

She collaborated for several years with the Academy of P.A.E. Panionios, providing nutritional guidance and has delivered numerous lectures on the Mediterranean Diet in schools in Nea Smyrni.

Sali Ioanna MSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist - Sports Dietitian and operates a dietetic office in Chalkida. She holds a degree from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the International Hellenic University and a postgraduate degree from Harokopio University. She is currently a Scientific Collaborator at Harokopio University and participates in the "National Action Against Childhood Obesity", a program of the Ministry of Health in collaboration with UNICEF. She has experience with a wide range of cases, focusing on clinical nutrition (diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, etc.) and sports nutrition in both adults and children. Her goal is to promote lifestyle changes, the adoption of healthy habits without deprivation, and the improvement of individuals' relationship with food. Vlami Mariantzela is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and Molecular Biologist - Geneticist with a private practice in Ampelokipoi, Athens. She graduated with honors from the Universities of Pisa and Trieste in Italy. She holds a master's degree in Dietetics - Nutrition and has also completed the "Clinical Nutrition" program at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Continuing her studies, she successfully completed the Harvard Medical School Course "Genetic Testing and Sequencing Technologies," receiving a scholarship. It is noteworthy that she was awarded by the University of Trieste for her experimental master's thesis entitled "Development of new genetic and immunological technologies in the diagnosis of celiac disease." She consistently participates in conferences and seminars, often as an instructor and speaker, staying updated on industry developments. Her method is based on nutrigenetic analysis, detailed history taking, and nutritional education, aiming for the highest possible personalization in nutrition to achieve optimal health and wellness outcomes based on the unique genotype, through the application of contemporary scientific knowledge and personalized approach. She holds a professional license as a Dietitian - Nutritionist in Greece with license number 701171 and a professional license in Italy with license number AA_083267.

Marilena Nikolidaki RD BSc cMSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Rethymno. She is a graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics of the School of Health Sciences at the Hellenic Mediterranean University, and she is also pursuing a postgraduate program in "Nutrition & Public Health" at the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She has attended numerous educational programs and seminars, acquiring further knowledge in clinical nutrition, sports nutrition, diabetes mellitus and obesity, endocrinological issues in children and adolescents related to weight management. Teliopoulou Xaroula is a Dietitian - Nutritionist with a private practice in Chania. She holds a degree from the University of Greenwich and has received training at the Hellenic Open University. Η Παναγιώτα Λαμπρινάκου είναι Διαιτολόγος Διατροφολόγος που ολοκλήρωσε τις σπουδές της στο Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλίας στην Καρδίτσα (πρώην ΤΕΙ) και εξειδικεύεται στην δημιουργία Διαιτολογίων για όλα τα στάδια της ζωής του ανθρώπου καθώς και για την διαχείριση και βελτίωση παθολογικών καταστάσεων. Στις συνεργασίες της, επιθυμεί να δημιουργεί μια προσωπική σχέση που θα επιτρέπει την άμεση επικοινωνία για την επίλυση κάθε απορίας και προβλήματος. Είναι επικεφαλής Αθλητικός Διατροφολόγος της Α’ ομάδας ποδοσφαίρου της ΠΑΕ ΑΕΚ, ενώ παράλληλα είναι Υποψήφιος Διδάκτωρ στην Εργοφυσιολογία και Διατροφή στο Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Η Τίρχα Μαγδαληνή είναι Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος και συνεργάτης του διαιτολογικού γραφείου του κ. Καψή Ντάνιελ. Παράλληλα, διαθέτει εξειδίκευση στις Διατροφικές Διαταραχές και την Παχυσαρκία στο ΚΕΑΔΔ – Κέντρο Εκπαίδευσης & Αντιμετώπισης Διατροφικών Διαταραχών (National Center for Eating Disorders, UK). Διαθέτει εμπειρία στη διαχείριση κλινικών και αθλητικών περιστατικών, ενώ στο πλαίσιο της επαγγελματικής της κατάρτισης πραγματοποίησε πρακτική άσκηση σε διαιτολογικά γραφεία, καθώς και στο Τμήμα Κλινικής Διατροφής του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Νοσημάτων Θώρακος «Η Σωτηρία». Τέλος, συνεργάζεται με αθλητικούς συλλόγους και σωματεία και είναι μέλος του Πανελλήνιου Συλλόγου Διαιτολόγων - Διατροφολόγων (ΠΣΔΔ).
