In 2025, she will also complete her training as a Master Practitioner in the fields of Obesity-Metabolic Syndrome and Eating Disorders.

In 2010 she graduated from the Chemistry Department of the University of Crete, while in 2015 she continued her studies at Harokopeion University, in the Department of Dietetics - Nutrition, from which she graduated in 2019. Her internship took place at the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko", as well as at the Anti-Cancer - Oncology Hospital of Athens "Agios Savas". Her love for Dietetics and Nutrition led her to attend the Master's degree program of Harokopio University with a specialization in "Nutrition & Exercise".
