Επέλεξα να ξεκινήσω συνεδρίες με την Κ.Χαντζάρα καθώς την περίοδο εκείνη περνούσα μια περίεργη και αρκετά φορτισμένη φάση, όπου ένιωθα ότι είχα χάσει τελείως τον εαυτό μου. Στην αρχή ήμουν λίγο διστακτικός καθώς είχα ήδη επισκεφτεί ψυχολόγο, χωρίς όμως να δω ουσιαστικά αποτελέσματα. Όμως αποφάσισα να δοκιμάσω και δεν το μετανιώνω μέχρι και σήμερα! Από την πρώτη κιόλας στιγμή, ο τρόπος που εκφραζόταν απέπνεε ηρεμία και σιγουριά και ένιωσα αμέσως άνεση και ασφάλεια. Συγκεκριμένα, με βοήθησε να αντιμετωπίσω το έντονο στρες που βίωνα, να αποκτήσω ξανά την αυτοπεποίθηση μου που είχα χάσει λόγω ορισμένων γεγονότων και να οργανώσω πιο καθαρά τις σκέψεις μου. Εκτίμησα ιδιαίτερα το γεγονός ότι αλληλεπιδρά ενεργά με τον θεραπευόμενο, θέτοντας τον σε σκέψη ώστε ο ίδιος να αντιληφθεί σε βάθος το πρόβλημα του και να προβεί στις ανάλογες ενέργειες αντιμετώπισης του. Είναι μια επαγγελματίας με ενσυναίσθηση, ευγένεια και βαθιά γνώση του αντικειμένου. Την ευχαριστώ θερμά και τη συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!!
