Through psychotherapy, Maria aims to establish a therapeutic relationship in which participants collaboratively shape therapy goals, recognize difficulties and strengths, and work together toward empowerment, improved quality of life, and the development of more functional ways of thinking, feeling, and relating. The therapeutic relationship constitutes a space of meaningful connection where change can emerge safely and with respect for each individual’s pace and needs.
She undertakes psychotherapy for adults. Sessions are conducted online.
