Η καλύτερη απόφαση που πήρα για τον εαυτό μου! Είχα δισταγμούς πριν ξεκινήσω ψυχοθεραπεία, αλλά από την πρώτη συνεδρία κατάλαβα πως ήμουν στο σωστό μέρος. Έδειξαν κατανόηση, ειλικρινές ενδιαφέρον και με βοήθησε να αισθανθώ ότι δεν είμαι μόνος. Οι συνεδρίες δεν ήταν απλά συζητήσεις, ήταν μια βαθιά διαδικασία αυτογνωσίας και ενδυνάμωσης. Η προσέγγισή τους είναι επιστημονική αλλά και ανθρώπινη – κάτι που θεωρώ σπάνιο.Προτείνω το κέντρο σε οποιονδήποτε νιώθει την ανάγκη να βελτιώσει την ψυχική του υγεία.

Η Επίσκεψη είναι σε ένα άμορφο περιβάλλον, το ραντεβού έκλεισε εύκολα με συνέπεια, το κλίμα ήταν φιλικό, τόσο από το προσωπικό γραμματείας όσο και απο τους θεραπευτές, Διακριτικότητα, άκουσαν το προβληματικά σχολαστικά χωρίς βιασύνη και η συζήτηση με ανακούφισε προς το καλύτερο. θα συνεχίσω διότι βλέπω βελτίωση και κέρδισαν την εμπιστοσύνη μου ως επαγγελματίες.

Πήγα στο Nema Therapy ως ενήλικας και από την πρώτη στιγμή ένιωσα ασφάλεια και ουσιαστικό ενδιαφέρον. Δεν είναι εύκολο να κάνει κανείς αυτό το βήμα, γι’ αυτό για μένα είχε μεγάλη σημασία να βρεθώ σε έναν χώρο με διακριτικότητα, σεβασμό και ανθρωπιά. Αυτό που ξεχώρισα περισσότερο ήταν ο τρόπος με τον οποίο με αντιμετώπισαν. Ένιωσα ότι με άκουσαν πραγματικά, χωρίς βιασύνη και χωρίς καμία διάθεση κριτικής. Σε μια τόσο ευαίσθητη διαδικασία, αυτό κάνει μεγάλη διαφορά. Για μένα, δεν ήταν απλώς ένας επαγγελματικός χώρος, αλλά ένας τόπος φροντίδας, κατανόησης και ουσιαστικής στήριξης. Αν κάποιος δικός μου άνθρωπος με ρωτούσε, θα το πρότεινα ανεπιφύλακτα.

Επισκέφθηκα πρόσφατα το Nema και έμεινα πολύ ικανοποιημένη από τη συνολική εμπειρία. Ο χώρος είναι ήρεμος και προσεγμένος, ενώ η προσέγγιση των ειδικών ήταν ανθρώπινη και επαγγελματική. Ένιωσα ότι άκουσαν πραγματικά όσα είχα να πω, χωρίς βιασύνη ή τυπικότητα. Η επικοινωνία ήταν πολύ καλή και γενικά αποκόμισα μια αίσθηση εμπιστοσύνης και ασφάλειας, που θεωρώ πολύ σημαντική σε τέτοιες υπηρεσίες. Θα το πρότεινα σε όποιον αναζητά ουσιαστική υποστήριξη σε ένα προσεγμένο περιβάλλον.

Έμεινα πολύ ευχαριστημένος από τις επισκέψεις μου και ευχαριστώ το προσπικό για την ευγένεια και τον επαγγελματισμό τους. Με βοήθησαν πολύ και τους ευγνωμονώ.
