Koutsia Vaso is a Systemic Psychotherapist - Couple and Family Counselor and maintains her private practice in Nea Ionia. She is a graduate of the Department of Philosophy, Pedagogy, and Psychology - Psychology Direction at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and has received further training in Recombinant Elective Counseling (K.E.TH.E.S.Y.), a form of psychotherapy that combines techniques from numerous therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Systemic-Family, Psychodynamic, Gestalt therapy, and Drama therapy. She has graduated from the Life Coaching department of the University of Athens and is a certified Senior Professional Member of the Hellenic Institute of Coaching, specializing in Parent & Relationship Coaching. Within the scope of her training, she has also been educated in Couple Counseling, Personality Disorders at the University of Athens, Panic Crisis Management, School and Family Relations, Child and Adolescent Psychopathology, as well as Learning Difficulties. In her practice under the name "GNOTHI SAUTON," she is involved in individual psychotherapy, therapeutic counseling for couples, parents, and adolescents, and occasionally conducts educational talks on parenting and intrafamilial relationship issues. She also continuously attends numerous seminars, workshops, and training programs aiming for ongoing knowledge enhancement and professional development, while simultaneously undergoing individual therapy and supervision to effectively meet the demands of her therapeutic work. The sessions she conducts are offered either in person or online, according to the needs of each patient.
