Με βοήθησε να κατανοήσω καλύτερα τον εαυτό μου και να αναπτύξω τρόπους διαχείρισης δύσκολων καταστάσεων. Οι συνεδρίες μας είχαν πάντα μια δομή αλλά πάντα υπήρχε χώρος και χρόνος για το αναπάντεχο. Επιπλέον, οι συνεδρίες ήταν προσαρμοσμένες στις ανάγκες μου, κάτι που εκτίμησα ιδιαίτερα.
