Δεν έμεινα ικανοποιημένος από τη συγκεκριμένη online επίσκεψη. Η διάρκεια της βιντεοκλήσης ήταν περίπου 6 λεπτά, κάτι που προσωπικά δεν θεωρώ ότι ανταποκρίνεται στο κόστος των 40€. Επιπλέον, κατά τη διάρκεια της κλήσης ο γιατρός φαινόταν να βρίσκεται σε χώρο διέλευσης ή σε περιβάλλον που δεν μου ενέπνευσε την αίσθηση ιδιωτικότητας, προσοχής και επαγγελματισμού που θα περίμενα από μια ιατρική τηλεσυνεδρία. Ως ασθενής, περίμενα περισσότερο χρόνο, ουσιαστική επικοινωνία και την αίσθηση ότι η περίπτωση μου αντιμετωπίζεται με την απαραίτητη προσοχή. Δυστυχώς, η εμπειρία μου δεν ανταποκρίθηκε στις προσδοκίες μου.

Είχα αναφέρει στον ασθενή ότι δεν είχα καλό σήμα καθώς ήμουν σε εσωτερικό ιατρείο και για αυτό δεν μπορούσα να συνδεθώ τα πρώτα 3-4 λεπτά. Επίσης η κλήση έληξε λέγοντας στον ασθενή να επικοινωνήσει μαζί μου για τα αποτελέσματα χωρίς άλλη χρηματική επιβάρυνση. Η επίσκεψη περιλάμβαν και συνταγογράφηση και μάλιστα έστειλα οδηγίες στο chat αφού ήταν ανασφάλιστος και δεν μπορούσα να συνταγογραφήσω την εξέταση. Μάλιστα αυτό έγινε 15 λεπτά μετά την συνομιλία και περίμενα απάντηση την οποία έλαβα μετά από άλλα 15 λεπτά. Θα του τηλεφωνούσα αλλά προτίμησα το chat γιατί το τηλέφωνο του ήταν με νούμερο εξωτερικού. Λυπάμαι που δεν μείνατε ικανοποιημένος αλλά από ιατρικής άποψης πιστεύω ότι ανταποκρίθηκα στο θέμα που θέσατε. Ευχαριστώ

Παρα τις κάποιες τεχνικές δυσκολίες με την βίντεοκληση ο γιατρός με πήρε τηλέφωνο ακουσε τι είχα να πω και έδωσε συμβουλές. Τα συμπτώματα φαίνεται να υποχωρούν οποτε Ευχαριστω Γιατρέ!
