I believe that every individual possesses the capacity for understanding, change, and growth when placed in an environment of safety, acceptance, and empathy. In my therapeutic work, my goal is to provide such a space: a space where you can express yourself freely, without judgment, and explore your experiences at your own pace.

I work with adults, adolescents, and couples, supporting individuals facing anxiety, relationship difficulties, loss, emotional distress, or going through a period of change or personal exploration. My approach is based on Person-Centered Psychotherapy, as well as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, emphasizing the therapeutic relationship as a fundamental factor for change.

I am a certified Psychotherapist and hold a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Person-Centered Counseling and Psychotherapy from the University of Strathclyde, with four years of training recognized by ATEEN. I hold the European Certificate of Psychotherapy (ECP) from the European Association for Psychotherapy (EAP). I have previous undergraduate and postgraduate studies in Financial Analysis and Banking from the University of Piraeus. I have also been trained in addiction therapy at the «18ANO» Detoxification Unit of the Psychiatric Hospital of Athens and collaborate with organizations such as the Association of Cancer Patients, Volunteers, Friends, and Doctors (KEFI) and the Network of Social Clinics, providing psychotherapy and counseling services.

I maintain a private practice in Athens and offer both in-person and online sessions.
