Η συνεδρία πραγματοποιήθηκε με την Αδαμαντία Παπαϊωάννου. Κράτησε μια ώρα. Η διατροφολόγος ασχολήθηκε επισταμένα με την περίπτωση μου , μου έκανε λιπομέτρηση, μου εξήγησε αναλυτικά τι έδειξε το αποτέλεσμα αλλά με τρόπο που να καταλαβαίνω, με ρώτησε τι θέλω να πετύχω με την διατροφή μου και επικεντρώθηκε στις συνήθειες της καθημερινότητας μου ώστε να προσαρμόσει την διατροφή στα δικά μου δεδομένα όπως και έγινε. Την επόμενη ημέρα η διατροφή μου ήταν έτοιμη και μάλιστα χωρίς να απαιτεί ραγδαίες αλλαγές αλλά και η προετοιμασία να είναι βατή. Μάλιστα, μου έστειλε και κάποιες ενδιαφέρουσες και εύκολες συνταγές για να εμπλουτίσω τις γεύσεις μου. Το κόστος επίσκεψης ήταν λογικό. Μένει να δούμε τα αποτελέσματα!

Εξαιρετικά προσιτή και ευχάριστη, ευγενική και με πολύ θετική ενέργεια, πρόθυμη να εξηγήσει και να αναλύσει την οποιαδήποτε απορία μου, να με συμβουλεύσει και να αναλύσει την περίπτωσή μου σε βάθος. Έμεινα απολύτως ευχαριστημένη από την αντιμετώπιση και από τις γνώσεις που είναι ολοφάνερο ότι διαθέτει.
