Σε σχέση με το παράπονο του ασθενή Κοσμα Δ για το ραντεβού στις 6/3/26 σας γνωρίζουμε ότι λόγω σοβαρών έκτακτων περιστατικών που έπρεπε να αντιμετωπιστούν άμεσα, όλα τα ραντεβού είχαν σημαντική καθυστέρηση. Εκείνο που προέχει σε αυτές τις περιπτώσεις είναι η διάσωση της ζωής κάποιων σοβαρά πασχόντων σε βάρος της αυστηρής ρύθμισης των Κανονικών ραντεβού. Ζητούμε συγγνώμη για την καθυστέρηση.
