Riganakos Ilias

Riganakos Ilias is a Military Physician, Obstetrician-Gynecologist, and Consultant at the Gynecological Clinic of the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens. He maintains a private practice in Athens, in the Pedion tou Areos area. He graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Military Medicine) in 2014 and subsequently served as a Physician in the Armed Forces in various Military Units. He specialized at the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens and at Elena-Venizelou General Hospital. During his residency, he performed numerous obstetric and gynecological surgeries, participated in many gynecological operations, and trained in both emergency and routine cases of his specialty, actively contributing to the scientific work of his clinic. Concurrently with his specialization, he completed the Postgraduate Program "Pathology of Pregnancy" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA). Since June 2024, he has been a consultant at the Gynecological Clinic of the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens. He actively participates in advanced training seminars and conferences aimed at continuous education and updating on the latest developments and advances in Obstetrics and Gynecology. His goal is a holistic approach to the health of women of all ages, providing solutions to every gynecological issue, as well as the monitoring of low- and high-risk pregnancies up to the successful delivery, always adhering to medical ethics, international guidelines, and with utmost respect for women.
