Το διαιτολογικό γραφείο Geothrepsis | Βερλέκη Γεωργία εδρεύει στους Αμπελόκηπους στην Αθήνα από τον Δεκέμβριο του 2022. Η Βερλέκη Γεωργία είναι Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος και υπεύθυνη του διαιτολογικού γραφείου. Αποφοίτησε από το Ανώτατο Τεχνολογικό Εκπαιδευτικό Ίδρυμα Θεσσαλίας και, έπειτα, προχώρησε σε μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές με κατεύθυνση την Κλινική – Ιατρική Διατροφή, στην Ιατρική Σχολή του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης. Διαθέτει επαγγελματική και κλινική εμπειρία από το 2016, αφού έχει εργασθεί ως Κλινική Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος στη Γενική Κλινική Metropolitan General, συμμετείχε στο σχεδιασμό της υπηρεσίας, «Υπηρεσία Εξατομικευμένης Διατροφικής Φροντίδας – Advanced Patient Nutrition», του Γενικού και Γυναικολογικού / Μαιευτικού Νοσοκομείου ΜΗΤΕΡΑ και εργαζόταν, παράλληλα, ως Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος σε ιδιωτικό διαιτολογικό γραφείο των Αθηνών. Την εξάμηνη πρακτική της άσκηση ολοκλήρωσε επιτυχώς στην Γενική Κλινική ΙΑΣΩ General. Είναι μέλος της Ένωσης Διαιτολόγων Διατροφολόγων Ελλάδας (ΕΔΔΕ) από το 2016. Στο ιδιωτικό της γραφείο πραγματοποιεί όλες τις συνεδρίες, για φυσιολογικές και παθολογικές καταστάσεις, ενηλίκων, παιδιών, εφήβων, εγκύων, θηλαζουσών και ατόμων τρίτης ηλικίας. Η εξατομίκευση είναι ο βασικός άξονας στον οποίο στηρίζεται η προσέγγισή της. Βασικό της μέλημα είναι να ανοίξει καινούργιους δρόμους σε όσους την εμπιστευθούν. Κινείται πάντα με γνώμονα την αφετηρία, το παρελθόν και τους στόχους του καθενός και με σεβασμό στη διαφορετικότητα, σχεδιάζει προγράμματα διατροφής που θα οδηγήσουν αργά ή γρήγορα, αλλά κυρίως ανθρώπινα στο επιθυμητό αποτέλεσμα. Εκτός από τη διαχείριση βάρους και τη διατροφική εκπαίδευση, αναλαμβάνει και την διατροφική υποστήριξη κλινικών περιστατικών. Ενίοτε σε πιο αυστηρό πλαίσιο. Όμως πάντα με επίκεντρο τον ασθενή, τα "θέλω" και τα "δε θέλω" του, τις κόκκινες γραμμές του. Με τον εξοπλισμό τελευταίας τεχνολογίας (επαγγελματικό ζυγό και αναλυτή σύστασης σώματος με βιοηλεκτρική εμπέδηση) που διαθέτει το γραφείο εγγυάται πάντα τα πιο ακριβή αποτελέσματα μετρήσεων. Giourga Filanthi BSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Thessaloniki. She graduated from the Department of Nutrition Science and Dietetics at the International Hellenic University. She has attended numerous seminars related to nutrition and has completed specializations in Clinical Nutrition and Eating Disorders at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Her goal is to provide personalized nutritional solutions, tailored to the needs, lifestyle, and objectives of each individual. She focuses on weight management, improving health in chronic conditions, supporting cases of eating disorders, as well as nutritional education across all age groups. She believes that nutrition is not merely a diet but a lifestyle that can bring balance, well-being, and long-term health. Her purpose is to support every individual with guidance, encouragement, and positive energy, enabling them to develop healthy habits that will accompany them throughout their lives.

Vassi Paraskeui is a Dietitian - Nutritionist. She studied in the Department of Nutrition & Dietetics at the Thessaloniki TEI, where she graduated with honors. She specializes in clinical cases (irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn's disease, diabetes mellitus, cholesterol, thyroid disorders, etc.), obesity, pregnancy, and sports nutrition. She completed her internship in the Clinical Nutrition Department at the Thessaloniki TEI. Subsequently, she participated in the research program "Alliance for Health," focusing on interventional nutrition programs for degenerative diseases (obesity, cardiovascular problems, hypertension, diabetes mellitus). From 2017 to the present, she has been collaborating with the largest gym chain in Thessaloniki, managing individualized nutrition programs tailored for adults, adolescents, and children. She has experience working with the Prolepsis Institute, through which she conducted numerous lectures at primary schools in the Thessaloniki region. Additionally, she has attended numerous conferences, seminars, and workshops related to the science of nutrition and health in general. Finally, she has contributed articles to various local magazines in the Thessaloniki region.

Vlami Mariantzela is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and Molecular Biologist - Geneticist with a private practice in Ampelokipoi, Athens. She graduated with honors from the Universities of Pisa and Trieste in Italy. She holds a master's degree in Dietetics - Nutrition and has also completed the "Clinical Nutrition" program at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Continuing her studies, she successfully completed the Harvard Medical School Course "Genetic Testing and Sequencing Technologies," receiving a scholarship. She specialized in Medical Genetics with a focus on Nutrigenetics (Functional Genomics of Human Nutrition - Clinical Nutrition). She has worked in the Department of Medical Genetics and Clinical Nutrition at the Pediatric Hospital IRCCS B. G. of Trieste, in the Department of Clinical Biochemistry at the University Hospital Cisanello of Pisa, and has extensive experience in counseling and nutritional education. Additionally, she has completed training programs in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Health Coaching. It is noteworthy that she was awarded by the University of Trieste for her experimental master's thesis entitled "Development of new genetic and immunological technologies in the diagnosis of celiac disease." She consistently participates in conferences and seminars, often as an instructor and speaker, staying updated on industry developments. Her method is based on nutrigenetic analysis, detailed history taking, and nutritional education, aiming for the highest possible personalization in nutrition to achieve optimal health and wellness outcomes based on the unique genotype, through the application of contemporary scientific knowledge and personalized approach. She holds a professional license as a Dietitian - Nutritionist in Greece with license number 701171 and a professional license in Italy with license number AA_083267.

Mantikas Nikolaos is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Piraeus. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Queen Margaret University of Edinburgh and a Master's degree from the University of Kentucky, USA. He has observed and managed a large number of clinical nutritional cases, completing his practical training at the General Hospital of Attica KAT and the Attikon University General Hospital. In 2017, he became a member of the Health and Care Professions Council (UK), one of the largest health professional bodies worldwide, and since 2018 he has also been a member of the British Dietetic Association. To date, he is an external collaborator of the model gynecological and obstetric care clinic "maternacare" and the specialized lithiasis center "Athens Stone Clinic." Additionally, he regularly publishes articles in electronic and print media aimed at improving nutritional behavior and participates as a collaborator of Nutrimed in television and radio programs. He also frequently speaks at various conferences and seminars organized by associations and scientific bodies. Μrs E. Iliadou graduated from John Moores University of Liverpool with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and continued her postgraduate studies in Dietetics at the University of Liverpool leading to state registration in the UK. Artemis Kyrka, MSc., RD., is a registered Dietitian and founder of the online clinic WellPlate. She offers modern online dietetic services to patients of all ages, with the primary goal of changing their dietary behaviours and improving their relationship with food.

She works with cases such as weight management through intuitive eating programmes and behaviour change techniques, women's health, fertility, gut health, and paediatric & adolescent nutrition. She provides evidence-based and practical guidance tailored to each individual's needs.

She holds an MSc in "Women & Children's Health" from King's College London and has trained in diabetes clinics serving the general population, pregnant women, children, and young people at Guy's & St Thomas' Foundation Trust.

Kleiasios Panagiotis - Nutriedition is a Clinical Dietitian-Nutritionist with the private dietetics and metabolism center Nutriedition in Ilisia. He holds a master's degree in applied dietetics with a specialization in nutrition and exercise from Harokopio University of Athens and a degree in dietetics-nutrition from the same university. At his private practice, personalized nutrition programs are provided for athletes as well as for children and adolescents. Additionally, nutritional programs are offered following specialized measurements aimed at reducing body fat, increasing muscle mass, as well as reducing, increasing, or maintaining body weight. Furthermore, nutrition programs are provided to address pathological conditions such as gestational diabetes, neurological diseases, cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, obesity, dyslipidemia, and gastrointestinal problems. Zaxarou Vera - Nutrithink is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a private practice in Piraeus. She completed her studies in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Crete. Additionally, she attended a Health Coach training seminar and subsequently a professional development program in Pediatric Nutrition at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has experience and contributes articles to various websites.

Αικατερίνη Παυλοπούλου, Msc

Αποφοίτησε από το Τμήμα Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας-Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και συνέχισε τις σπουδές στο ίδιο Πανεπιστήμιο αποκτώντας το Μεταπτυχιακό της δίπλωμα στην Εφαρμοσμένη Διαιτολογία-Διατροφή με κατεύθυνση τη «Διατροφή και Άσκηση». Κατά τη μετεκπαίδευσή της, παρακολούθησε το πρόγραμμα του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών για την αποτελεσματική συμβουλευτική και τις στρατηγικές αλλαγής συμπεριφοράς των διαιτώμενων. Παράλληλα, ολοκλήρωσε το πρόγραμμα «Ειδικής Αθλητικής Διατροφής» υπό την αιγίδα της Ακαδημίας Αθλητικής Διατροφής της Αγγλίας.

Ιωάννα Οικονομοπούλου, MMedSci

Είναι απόφοιτη του τμήματος Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας – Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και κάτοχος μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου σπουδών «Η Διατροφή στην Υγεία και στη Νόσο» από το τμήμα της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας. Παράλληλα, έχει ολοκληρώσει μετεκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα στην Παιδιατρική Διατροφή από το Monash University.

Panopoulos Panagiotis is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist and head of the Dietetic and Counseling Center in Ilioupoli, a facility that also operates a Mental Health Counselor. Mr. Panopoulos specializes in diabetes mellitus, clinical nutrition, pediatric and adolescent nutrition, eating disorders, nutritional counseling, life coaching, as well as the management of morbid obesity and metabolic inactivity. Papavasileiou Georgia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice at Mavili Square. She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University and graduated with honors from postgraduate studies in the "Science of Stress and Health Promotion" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

She specialized in nutritional intervention with a psycho-educational approach and in modifying dietary behavior in adults living with obesity. In 2017, she obtained the Adult Educator Educational Adequacy title from EOPPEP. Furthermore, she continues her postgraduate education in the field of Clinical Nutrition through the lifelong learning program of ESPEN "Life Long Learning Programme on Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism" and possesses extensive experience in clinical cases.

She collaborated and trained for three years in the Diabetology Department of the Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes Unit of the 1st Pediatric Clinic of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens at the "Agia Sofia" Children's Hospital. She worked on the Endorse program collaborating with families of children with Type 1 Diabetes. Currently, she follows several families of children with obesity and diabetes mellitus.

Eydiet is a private Dietetic Office with a warm and bright environment located in the Commercial Center of Nikaia (near the Nikaia metro station). The scientific director is Nutritionist - Dietitian Eydiet - Doudoulakaki Ioanna, a graduate of the Mediterranean University of Nutrition and Dietetics of Crete, having received 2 state scholarships and recently the award "HEALTH EAGLES 2026" among 89,000 dietetic offices throughout Greece. Her postgraduate studies focus on Emotional Obesity, Eating Disorders, Childhood - Adolescent Obesity, and Psychosomatic Medicine. She has many years of experience, having worked as a scientific collaborator in the Hypertension and Lipids Unit of the General Hospital of Athens "Hippocratio," in scientific research studies (e.g., on ezetimibe, statins, and beta-glucans), private clinical practices, and aesthetic centers. She is very passionate about her work, giving care and special attention to every diet patient she undertakes. Currently, she collaborates as a Nutrition Manager with the P. Faliro Sports Center under the auspices of the Olympic pole vault champion.

Konstantina Eksarxopoulou MSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist with a private practice in Athens. She holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Harokopio University of Athens and completed the postgraduate program "Stress Management and Health Promotion" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She is a Scientific Associate at the "Agia Sofia" Children's Hospital and an external collaborator at the multidisciplinary physiotherapy rehabilitation and physical wellness center "Physiopolis". Additionally, she serves as the Lead Dietitian for the "Alliance for Health - Nutrition" program and as a Dietitian - Nutritionist at the Athens General Hospital "Laiko" and at the Nursing Foundation of the Army Share Fund (NIMTS). Finally, she is a member of the Scientific Society for Stress Management and Health Promotion.

Kouri Eirini is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a private practice in Nea Smyrni. She holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki, with postgraduate studies at Harokopio University (clinical dietitian). She has a master's degree in eating disorders, obesity, and childhood obesity, as well as a specialization in sports nutrition.

She collaborated for several years with the Academy of P.A.E. Panionios, providing nutritional guidance and has delivered numerous lectures on the Mediterranean Diet in schools in Nea Smyrni.

At her practice, she offers nutritional services for various conditions such as weight loss, weight gain, pregnancy, breastfeeding, nutrition for athletes, prevention or management of pathological conditions (diabetes mellitus, digestive system diseases), treatment of eating disorders, childhood obesity, as well as nutrition for women with polycystic ovary syndrome.

Αποφοίτησε από το Τμήμα Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας- Διατροφής της Σχολής Επιστημών Υγείας και Αγωγής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Κατέχει Μεταπτυχιακό Δίπλωμα στην Εφαρμοσμένη Διαιτολογία- Διατροφή με κατεύθυνση την Κλινική Διατροφή του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών καθώς και εξειδίκευση στο Health Coaching από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Η Κουτρουλή Ασπασία, BSc, MSc είναι απόφοιτη του Τμήματος Διατροφής και Διαιτολογίας του Ανώτατου Τεχνολογικού Εκπαιδευτικού Ιδρύματος Κρήτης, ενώ κατέχει Μεταπτυχιακό Δίπλωμα Ειδίκευσης στη Διατροφή στην Υγεία και την Νόσο του Τμήματος Ιατρικής του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας κι εξειδίκευση ως Personal Trainer Nutrition Coach από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Έχει ασχοληθεί ερευνητικά με την πρόληψη καρδιαγγειακών νοσημάτων, όπως το έμφραγμα του μυοκαρδίου. Πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική της άσκηση στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών «Κοργιαλένειο- Μπενάκειο Ε.Ε.Σ.» στο τμήμα Κλινικής Διατροφής. Έχει εργαστεί σε γνωστή αλυσίδα Γυμναστηρίων στη θέση Διαιτολόγου- Διατροφολόγου καθώς και σε φαρμακεία ως Διαιτολόγος- Διατροφολόγος κι Επιστημονικός Συνεργάτης.
