Anna Gavrieli is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a dietetic office, the Nutrition Studio, in Ampelokipi (Athens Tower / Hippocrates) in Athens. She is a graduate and PhD holder from Harokopio University, with postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School/BIDMC. Additionally, she is a former research lead for Compass (BAMCO) at Google. She provides a wide range of nutritional support services for health, various conditions, and different life stages, but focuses on habit change for weight loss and weight loss maintenance. She firmly believes that lifestyle habit changes are the key for individuals to take control of their weight and health. Her philosophy is that in order for someone to achieve long-lasting results, they must change the habits that lead to problematic behaviors and consequently weight gain. Her goal is to investigate problematic habits and pleasantly restructure new ones based on existing behaviors. Kouri Eirini is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a private practice in Nea Smyrni. She holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki, with postgraduate studies at Harokopio University (clinical dietitian). She has a master's degree in eating disorders, obesity, and childhood obesity, as well as a specialization in sports nutrition.

She collaborated for several years with the Academy of P.A.E. Panionios, providing nutritional guidance and has delivered numerous lectures on the Mediterranean Diet in schools in Nea Smyrni.

At her practice, she offers nutritional services for various conditions such as weight loss, weight gain, pregnancy, breastfeeding, nutrition for athletes, prevention or management of pathological conditions (diabetes mellitus, digestive system diseases), treatment of eating disorders, childhood obesity, as well as nutrition for women with polycystic ovary syndrome.

Finally, she has attended numerous nutrition conferences and workshops as part of her ongoing professional development and is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists.

Foteini Nika graduated from the Department of Science of Dietetics - Nutrition at Harokopio University in 2016. She continued her academic path by completing the postgraduate program in Applied Dietetics-Nutrition at Harokopio University, specializing in Clinical Nutrition, where she graduated with distinction. Her master's thesis focused on the development and validation of a predictive index for assessing the likelihood of vitamin D deficiency in a pediatric school-aged population. Interested in continuous education and training, she has completed additional postgraduate courses in the following areas: "Stress Management & Health," National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), "Eating Disorders," NKUA, “Advanced Dietary Management and the low FODMAP Diet in IBS,” King's College London, and “Online Introduction to Paediatric Nutrition for Health Professionals,” Monash University. She has attended numerous conferences related to her field over time and has also served as a speaker at conferences, seminars, and workshops. She maintains her dietetic practice in Nea Erythraia. Within the framework of her professional experience, she has managed numerous clinical and sports nutrition cases in both adults and children. Finally, she is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians-Nutritionists Association. 

Konstantina Eksarxopoulou MSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist with a private practice in Athens. She holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Harokopio University of Athens and completed the postgraduate program "Stress Management and Health Promotion" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She is a Scientific Associate at the "Agia Sofia" Children's Hospital and an external collaborator at the multidisciplinary physiotherapy rehabilitation and physical wellness center "Physiopolis". Additionally, she serves as the Lead Dietitian for the "Alliance for Health - Nutrition" program and as a Dietitian - Nutritionist at the Athens General Hospital "Laiko" and at the Nursing Foundation of the Army Share Fund (NIMTS). Finally, she is a member of the Scientific Society for Stress Management and Health Promotion.

Kritsini Olga is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Chalandri. She is a graduate of the University of Crete and contributes articles to various scientific websites on topics of nutrition and wellness. She has extensive experience in a Dietetic Unit and an Endocrinology Clinic in Athens. Additionally, she has participated in and attended numerous conferences, workshops, and seminars.

Dimitrios Tzirarkas is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who maintains a private practice in Aigaleo. He has 27 years of professional experience and has handled thousands of cases. He is a graduate of the Department of Food Technology and Nutrition of the Thessaloniki Higher Technological Educational Institute. He specialized in Clinical Nutrition at the General Hospital "Asklipieio" in Voula, acquiring valuable knowledge with greater emphasis on Diabetes cases. In the past, he served as Head Dietitian at Weight Loss and Aesthetic Centers and worked at Avgirinopoulou IEK as an instructor in the field of Nutrition. He is a member of the Hellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists (HADN) and regularly attends specialized seminars and conferences in the field of nutrition and dietetics.
