Πήγα με αρκετό άγχος και πολλές απορίες για ένα θέμα που δεν είναι πάντα εύκολο να συζητήσει ένας άνδρας. Μέσα σε λίγα λεπτά όμως η κα Παλατιανού κατάφερε να με κάνει να νιώσω απόλυτα άνετα. Χαμογελαστή, προσιτή, ανθρώπινη και ταυτόχρονα εξαιρετικά επαγγελματίας. Άκουσε με πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον, έκανε εύστοχες ερωτήσεις, εξήγησε τα πάντα με απλό και κατανοητό τρόπο και αφιέρωσε όσο χρόνο χρειαζόταν χωρίς ίχνος βιασύνης. Η εξέταση ήταν ιδιαίτερα σχολαστική και ολοκληρωμένη, ενώ σε όλη τη διάρκεια ένιωθα ότι βρίσκομαι απέναντι σε έναν άνθρωπο που πραγματικά θέλει να βοηθήσει. Έφυγα από το ιατρείο με σαφείς απαντήσεις, συγκεκριμένο πλάνο αντιμετώπισης και, το σημαντικότερο, με την αίσθηση ότι βρήκα μια γιατρό που μπορώ να εμπιστευτώ απόλυτα. Σπάνιος συνδυασμός επιστημονικής κατάρτισης, επαγγελματισμού και ανθρώπινης προσέγγισης. Τη συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.
