Διέκρινα έναν επαγγελματία με πραγματική κλινική ευαισθησία. Δεν εστίασε μόνο στη συμπτωματολογία ή στη διάγνωση, αλλά προσπάθησε να κατανοήσει το ψυχικό μου βίωμα και το πλαίσιο μέσα στο οποίο αυτό εμφανίζεται. Δεν ένιωσα ότι αντιμετωπίστηκα ως «περίπτωση». Αντίθετα, υπήρχε προσοχή, ακρόαση και πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον για το τι συμβαίνει ψυχικά.
