Manolopoulou Danai Ioanna

Manolopoulou Danai Ioanna is a graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She specialized in Psychiatry at the Psychiatric Hospital of Attica and at University Hospitals in the United Kingdom (Blackberry Hill Hospital, Bristol - West Middlesex University Hospital, London). She trained in Systemic Psychotherapy at the Family Therapy Unit of the Psychiatric Hospital of Attica and in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy at the Aeginiteio University Hospital. She was trained as a researcher in the United Kingdom and worked, participating in numerous research programs, in London in collaboration with Imperial College London. Additionally, she has served as a speaker at psychiatric conferences and seminars. She possesses extensive clinical experience, having worked in psychiatric clinics in Greece and the UK. Currently, she is responsible for the Outpatient Clinic at the Suicide Prevention Center of Klimaka, as well as the Psychosocial Rehabilitation Unit Keramos, based in Aigaleo. Conditions treated include: depression - anxiety disorders (phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic attacks) - psychosomatic problems - bipolar disorder - psychoses - schizophrenia - eating disorders - pathology of interpersonal relationships - personality disorders - memory disorders, dementias - addictions. She provides Individual Psychotherapy and Couples Psychotherapy.
