Είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένη καθώς έδειξε μεγάλη κατανόηση στην αργοπορία μου στο ραντεβού, ενώ είχε κάθε δίκιο να νευριάσει. Με αντιμετώπισε με πολύ έγκυρο επιστημονικά και ουσιαστικό τρόπο, ενώ με ενθάρρυνε και μου έδωσε συμβουλές ώστε να βελτιώσω από μόνη μου το θέμα μου, η δε χρέωση της υπηρεσίας ήταν λογική.
