Έκλεισα μέσω πλατφόρμας ραντεβού ένα δωρεάν ραντεβού ΕΟΠΥΥ. Όταν έφτασα στο ιατρείο, ο γιατρός μου είπε ότι για να με εξετάσει πρέπει να γίνει ακουόγραμμα. Προχωρήσαμε στην εξέταση κανονικά, όμως σε κανένα σημείο δεν με ενημέρωσε ότι η συγκεκριμένη εξέταση δεν περιλαμβάνεται στο δωρεάν ραντεβού ούτε ποιο είναι το κόστος της. Πριν φύγω από το ιατρείο ενημερώθηκα ξαφνικά ότι πρέπει να πληρώσω 30€. Δεν είχα καμία προειδοποίηση γι’ αυτό και δεν ήμουν προετοιμασμένος. Ευτυχώς είχα οριακά τα χρήματα μαζί μου, αλλά αναρωτιέμαι τι θα συνέβαινε αν δεν είχα. Πιστεύω ότι όταν πρόκειται να γίνει μια εξέταση που έχει επιπλέον κόστος, ο ασθενής πρέπει να ενημερώνεται εκ των προτέρων ώστε να μπορεί να αποφασίσει αν θέλει να προχωρήσει. Δεν θεωρώ ότι είναι υποχρέωση του ασθενούς να γνωρίζει τι περιλαμβάνεται ή όχι στο δωρεάν ραντεβού. Για αυτόν τον λόγο, παρότι η εξέταση έγινε, η εμπειρία δεν ήταν θετική και δεν θα τον σύστηνα.

Ο κύριος Φαραζής δεν θα πω ότι μου ενέπνευσε εμπιστοσύνη στο χώρο που εργάζεται, καθώς ήταν όλα ακατάστατα! Πήγα για απλή επίσκεψη μέσω εοπυ και μου είχε πει ότι πρέπει να μου κάνει τυμπανογραφημα που έχει 30€ ενώ στον εοπυ το έγραφε στα 20€! Τι να πω εγώ δεν θα πρότεινα σε καποιον
