Ouzounidou Sevasti is an Otolaryngologist, graduate of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and Doctor of the 1st University Otolaryngology Clinic of the same university, who maintains a private practice in Pylaia. Συνέχισε την εξειδίκευση του στον τομέα της Ρινοπλαστικής, στην Μέκκα των επεμβάσεων της ρινοπλαστικής, στην Τεχεράνη του Ιράν. Καθημερινά συμμετείχε σε πλειάδα επεμβάσεων είτε πρωτοπαθών είτε δευτεροπαθών, υπό τους Prof Babak Nikoumaram, τον Prof Ali Manafi, Prof. Farhad Hafesi, Dr. Hamed Bateni και άλλους. Σήμερα, βρίσκεται υπό εκπόνηση η διδακτορική του διατριβή στον τομέα της επανορθωτικής μικροχειρουργικής, με θέμα την αποκατάσταση νευρικών ελλειμμάτων, από το Πανεπιστήμιο Ιωαννίνων. Ταυτόχρονα ολοκλήρωσε την διπλωματική του εργασία για την λήψη του μεταπτυχιακού του τίτλου από την Ιατρική Σχολή του Εθνικού & Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών, στα πλαίσια του Μεταπτυχιακού προγράμματος “Χειρουργική Ανατομία”.
