Επισκέφθηκα την Βασιλική με αίτημα την διαχείρηση φόβων, που με μπλοκάρουν στην καθημερινότητα και μου δημιουργούν έντονο άγχος. Έχοντας ξανά κάνει ψυχοθεραπεία στο παρελθόν, μπορώ να πω πως ένιωσα άνετα από την πρώτη στιγμή. Ήταν πολύ σημαντικό για μένα το ότι δεν με έκανε να νιώσω υπερβολική, αντιθέτως με βοήθησε να βάλω σε μια σειρά τις σκέψεις μου και να βρω εργαλεία να διαχειρίζομαι τους φόβους όταν με βρίσκουν στην καθημερινή μου ζωή! Στο σύνολο, η εμπειρία μου με τη Βασιλική είναι πολύ θετική, έχουν γίνει κάποια καλά πρώτα βήματα και σκοπεύω να συνέχεια τις συνεδρίες!

Η Βασιλική με βοήθησε να εντοπίσω και να αναγνωρίσω τον πραγματικό λόγο που ξεκίνησα ψυχοθεραπεία και να εμβαθύνω σε κομμάτια που δεν είχα συνειδητοποιήσει ότι με επηρέαζαν στην καθημερινότητα μου. Την ενδιαφέρει να βρει τι πραγματικά σε απασχολεί και πως μπορεί να σε βοηθήσει σε αυτό τόσο στο πάρον όσο και γενικά στην μέχρι τώρα ζωή σου. Δεν είναι μονότονη και αδιάφορα, αντίθετα σε χειρίζεται με πολύ λεπτό τρόπο και κατανόηση. Σίγουρα στην επιλογή του ψυχικού σύμβουλου πρέπει να ταιριάξει ο ασθενής με τον σύμβουλο αλλά θεωρώ πως η κ. Βοζώρα είναι πολύ καλή στη δουλειά της και είναι δύσκολο να μην τα πας καλά μαζί της.
