Η γιατρός και όλο το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί. Ηταν η πρώτη μου επίσκεψη στο ιατρείου. Με έκαναν να αισθάνομαι άνετα. Ο χώρος είναι πολύ όμορφος και καθαρός. Η γιατρός απαντάει με υπομονή σε όλες τις ερωτήσεις.

Έστειλε έλεγχο που ήταν αρνητικός, ποτέ δεν επικοινώνησε μαζί μου μετά να μου δώσει οδηγίες . Μίλησα μόνο με τη γραμματεία της και αφού δεν με πήρε μετά από δύο ημέρες την πήρα στο κινητό που ήταν φυσικα απενεργοποιημενο καθώς είχε φύγει 10ημερο διακοπών.

Η κυρία Δ. προσήλθε στο ιατρείο μας 20.6.2024. Η αιτία της επίσκεψης ήταν μια γνωριμία με την γιατρό δεδομένο του ότι είχε εξεταστεί πρόσφατα γυναικολογικά. Στα πλαίσια της εξέτασης της αναφέρθηκε στο ατομικό ιστορικό σε συγκεκριμένο ιατρικό ζήτημα.Η ασθενής δεν είχε μαζί αποτελέσματα πρόσφατων εξετάσεων, οπότε προχωρήσαμε σε έναν εκτενή διαγνωστικό έλεγχο.Κλινικά δεν παρατηρήθηκε κάποια Παθολογία.Η ασθενής ενημερώθηκε για τα αποτελέσματα της γραπτά, τα οποία ήταν όλα άρτια. Χορηγήθηκαν σαφείς γραπτές οδηγίες συμπληρωμάτων διατροφής και τοπικής προληπτικής φροντίδας για εκείνη, ήδη με την αποχώρηση της από το ιατρείο. Συστήσαμε επιπρόσθετα εξετάσεις για τον σύντροφο της οι οποίες δεν προσκομίσθηκαν. Το ιατρείο παρέμεινε κλειστό λόγο διακοπών για 7 ημέρες, από 11-17.7 με επίσημο αντικαταστάτη μας τον κ. Ιωάννη Ράπτη στο Κολωνάκι (εμημερωτική ανάρτηση υπήρξε στο Side μας όπως και στο Instagram και ενημέρωση στον τηλεφωνητή μας). Από την ημέρα επίσκεψης μέχρι και 1 μέρα πριν την ημέρα διακοπών μας (3 εβδομάδες), δεν δεχτήκαμε κάποιο αίτημα ραντεβού επανέλεγχου μέσο της πλατφόρμας σας ούτε τηλεφωνική κλήση. Το πρόγραμμα του Doctor Anytime είχε ενημερωθεί επίσης. Σε περίπτωση επιμονής ή και υποτροπής των συμπτωμάτων εννοείτε πως είμαστε πάντα στην διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσουμε ή και να προγραμματίσουμε ένα ραντεβού επανελέγχου.
