Χρειάστηκα βοήθεια εκτάκτως Κυριακή πρωί, και ήταν άμεσα διαθέσιμος και ακριβής στο ραντεβού μέσω βιντεοκλησης. Ενδιαφέρθηκε σε βάθος για το πρόβλημά μου, μου φανηκε έμπειρος και ηταν προσιτός, ανθρώπινος, κ μου έδωσε σαφεις και λεπτομερεις οδηγίες. Εκτος της αγωγης μου "εγραψε" κ εξετασεις για διερεύνηση. Τέλος με εντυπωσιασε με τη χρήση του viber: μου έστειλε για διευκολυνση, ενω τα πηρα κ με μέιλ, τα της ΗΔΙΚΑ (συνταγή, παραπεμπτικο) και οδηγίες κ απόδειξη. Έχω να πω μονο τα κκαλύτερα!

Dr. Kotermayer was pleasant to talk to, very sympathetic and attentive. The '8' above is there since I cannto judge if this case makes him 'ver' exprienced (the choice of options is a bit odd for this question). Anyhow, happy to return if/where needed
