Με τον κύριο Κοτερμάγερ είχαμε συνάντηση μέσω βιντεοκλήσης λόγω της γρίπης που περνάω. Συνεπής μέχρι δευτερολέπτου παρά την πολύ πρωινή ώρα. Αξιολόγησε την κατάστασή μου όπως θα το έκανε και από κοντά, με ενδιαφέρον και υπομονή με άκουσε και έδωσε λύση σε όλα εκείνα που με απασχολούσαν. Αισθάνομαι ότι μπορώ να επικοινωνήσω άφοβα μαζί του στην επόμενη ανάγκη που θα παρουσιαστεί σίγουρη ότι θα λάβω την καλύτερη φροντίδα.
