I am a graduate of the Department of Nutrition & Dietetics at the Thessaloniki Technological Educational Institute (BSc), with postgraduate studies (MSc) in Nutrition & Public Health from the University of Westminster, London.
During the early years of my professional career, I worked on promoting healthy eating through the 5 A DAY program in local communities and schools in London.
Subsequently, I worked as a Nutrition Consultant for pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and toddlers for the British NGO Save the Children. Later, I participated in the National Feeding & Healthy Eating Promotion Program implemented by the Prolepsis organization in schools located in socially vulnerable areas of Athens.
I have contributed to 2 Scientific Publications focusing on "Regional Differences in Underweight, Overweight & Obese Children aged 13 in Greece" and "Diet Quality in Overweight Children in Greece compared to the Weekly Allowance from their Families."
Both publications are indexed in the scientific journal PubMed.
In November 2021, I collaborated with WWF Greece and the Eat4Change program with the primary objective of promoting sustainable and responsible nutrition.
