The Standard Medical Diagnostic Laboratories Medicity are among the oldest and most recognized laboratories in the field of private providers of Primary Health Care (PHC) services. They are an evolution of the Psychiko Polyclinic, which was established in 1982 by the Fousas family with the primary focus on providing top-level care for every medical case, with personalized attention and specialization. In 2015, the Psychiko Polyclinics were renamed Medicity following a complete renovation and upgrade of both the building infrastructure and the medical-technological equipment, featuring state-of-the-art medical devices and analyzers (GE HealthCare, Roche, Biomerieux, Olympus, Thermo Scientific, Siemens). The specialized and reliable logistical infrastructure, with the capability for bidirectional communication of all automated analyzers with the LIS, combined with the verification and approval of results exclusively by medical personnel, highly trained and experienced with many years of service in the largest hospitals in Attica, contributes to the reliability of the results. Simultaneously, the ability to provide immediate results, the internal and external quality controls conducted at regular intervals, as well as the ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems Certification, create a model and organized environment for all those who require our services.
