Πλήρωσα για ραντεβού καρδιολογικού ελέγχου περισσότερα από όσα αναγράφονταν στον τιμοκατάλογο της πλατφόρμας και δεν έλαβα πλήρη επιστροφή ρέστων. Η υπηρεσία που αναφερόταν στον τιμοκατάλογο δεν πραγματοποιήθηκε πλήρως, ενώ τα αποτελέσματα είχαν ελλιπή στοιχεία. Η επικοινωνία για διευκρινίσεις ήταν δυσχερής. Η εμπειρία με έκανε να αισθανθώ ανασφάλεια σχετικά με την οργάνωση και την τήρηση των υποχρεώσεων προς τον ασθενή
