Kouremetis Mihalis

Mr. Kouremetis Mixalis is a Cardiologist who has maintained a private practice in Nea Smyrni since 1991. He holds a degree and graduated with honors as a Doctor from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He specialized at the Cardiology Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens "Hippokration." He has undergone further training for six months in Cardiac Ultrasound and for twenty months in Interventional Cardiology at the University Cardiology Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens "Hippokration." He has extensive experience across the full spectrum of Clinical Cardiology (coronary artery disease, valvular heart disease, arterial hypertension, hyperlipidemia, arrhythmias, cardiomyopathies, heart failure). The practice offers: Heart and aortic triplex, stress testing, Holter monitoring of rhythm and blood pressure, pre-athletic screening for children and adults. He has participated in 21 studies presented at international and Greek conferences and journals, and has also delivered lectures at conferences and workshops in Greece and Europe. Finally, the doctor is a member of the Athens Medical Association, the Hellenic Cardiological Society, the Hellenic Hypertension Society, and is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Independent Cardiologists. *The doctor is contracted with the "Prolavo" Doxiadis program*
