Επέλεξα τη συγκεκριμένη ψυχολόγο μετά από σύσταση και γιατί έψαχνα κάποιον που να εμπνέει εμπιστοσύνη. Από την πρώτη συνεδρία ένιωσα άνετα και ασφαλής. Με άκουσε προσεκτικά, χωρίς να με διακόπτει ή να με κρίνει, και έκανε ουσιαστικές ερωτήσεις που με βοήθησαν να καταλάβω καλύτερα τον εαυτό μου. Η στάση της ήταν επαγγελματική αλλά και ανθρώπινη, με σεβασμό στον ρυθμό και τις ανάγκες μου. Αυτό που ξεχώρισα ήταν ότι δεν έδινε έτοιμες απαντήσεις, αλλά με καθοδηγούσε να βρω τις δικές μου. Αν κάποιος δικός μου με ρωτούσε, θα τη σύστηνα χωρίς δισταγμό. Ένιωσα ότι πραγματικά ενδιαφέρεται και ότι η επιλογή μου επιβεβαιώθηκε.

Η εμπειρία μου με την ήταν Εμμανουέλα ήταν εξαιρετική. Παρόλο που δεν ήμασταν στον ίδιο χώρο, ένιωσα απόλυτη σύνδεση και ασφάλεια. Ήταν ευγενική, με έκανε να νιώσω άνετα, και έδειξε πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον σε ό,τι μοιράστηκα. Οι παρεμβάσεις της ήταν ουσιαστικές και με βοήθησαν να δω τα πράγματα πιο καθαρά.
