Είμαι σε θεραπεία μαζί της εδώ και δύο χρόνια και πραγματικά νιώθω ευγνωμοσύνη για αυτή τη συνεργασία. Από την πρώτη στιγμή ένιωσα ότι μπορώ να είμαι ο εαυτός μου, χωρίς φόβο ή ντροπή. Δημιούργησε έναν χώρο απόλυτης ασφάλειας, κατανόησης και αποδοχής, κάτι που για μένα ήταν καθοριστικό. Με βοήθησε σε στιγμές που ένιωθα χαμένη, μπερδεμένη ή πιεσμένη, όχι δίνοντάς μου «εύκολες απαντήσεις», αλλά βοηθώντας με να ακούσω πραγματικά τον εαυτό μου.
