Δεν μπορώ να πω κάτι αρνητικό για το ρόλο του ως γιατρός, αλλά στο θέμα διαχείρισης τον ραντεβού χρειάζεται βελτίωση. Πιο το νόημα να κλείνουμε ηλεκτρονικό ραντεβού συγκεκριμένη ώρα αφού τελικά ο κόσμος έμπαινε με βάση τη σειρά άφιξης; Είτε είχα κλείσει ραντεβού είτε όχι το ίδιο θα περίμενα, δεν ρωτούσε ποιος είναι π.χ. το ραντεβού των εφτά, απλά έμπαινε ο επόμενος και τελικά περίμενα πολλή ώρα, αφού εξυπηρέτησε άλλα τρία άτομα από την ώρα του ραντεβού μου μέχρι να έρθει η σειρά μου.
