Με τις γνώσεις του γιατρού με το πόσο μ έδειξε τι έχω τι μπορεί να γίνει π μπηκε στ θέματα μ να με τα εξηγήσει να μ πει τι μπορούμε να κάνουμε κλπ με τν θετική ενέργεια κ την ανθρωπιά π έδειξε .. πλέον νιώθω πως μπορώ να ελπίζω πως θα γίνω καλά με την βοήθεια τ . Μ έκανε πάρα πλ καλή εντύπωση.. !! Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!!

    Είμαι 62 ετών και το 2009 έκανα υστερεκτομή λόγω ινομυωμάτων !! Κάνω κάθε χρόνο ΜΟΠ και έχω οστεοπενία !! Λαμβάνω καθημερινά calsioral D3 500 ml!! Είμαι καλυμμένη ώστε να μην εξελιχθεί σε οστεοπόρωση; Επίσης κάνει καλό που παίρνω το συμπλήρωμα αρκετά χρόνια χωρίς να το σταματήσω;

    • Να μετρήσετε το ασβέστιο σας και αν είναι καλό να μη παίρνετε συμπλήρωμα . Το ίδιο ισχύει και για την δ3 . Κάθε χρόνο μέτρηση οστικής πυκνότητας .

    Γεια σας είμαι 48 ετών και θέλω να χάσω κάποια κιλά γιατί αρχίζουν να μ βγάζουν προβλήματα υγείας οπός ζάχαρο πριξιμο των κάτω άκρων των ποδιών.Πονος στη μέση λόγο 3ης κοίλες που υπάρχουν στη σπονδυλική στήλη στο ύψος της λεκάνης.Παρακαλω δεν έχω ασφάλεια και χρήματα παρά μόνο 313€ που περνώ κάθε μήνα κ όλα πάνε στης υποχρεώσεις του σπιτιού,τι μπορώ να κάνω; Σας ευχαριστώ!!
