Στον χώρο δεν υπήρχε αναμονή. Ο γιατρός άκουσε υπομονετικά το ιστορικό μου, με εξέτασε και μετά πέρα από τη θεραπεία, μου πρότεινε λύσεις που θα μπορούσαν να βοηθήσουν την καθημερινότητα μου σχετικά με το πρόβλημα υγείας μου.

Ο γιατρός ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα σε αίτημα μας να εξετάσει τον μικρό μας εκτός προγραμματισμένου ραντεβού. Εξέτασε με προσοχή και εξήγησε με σαφήνεια τα επόμενα βήματα. Δεν είναι η πρώτη φορά που επισκεπτόμαστε τον κο Πετράκο, είναι πάντα συνεπής, επεξηγηματικός και σαφής ως προς το πώς διαχειριζόμαστε μια κατάσταση.
