Antonis Tsourounakis, MSc, is a Psychologist - Psychotherapist (Integrative Psychotherapy & Counseling) and maintains his private practice in Chania and Ilisia.
As a psychologist, he believes that every individual has something unique to express or perceive in a given situation. Therefore, each person’s perception of the world is different. His duty is to listen to the perspectives of the people who visit him, no matter how much they differ from his own, and to collaboratively give meaning to their reality, identify the strengths and interactions within it, and consequently make the individual's daily life more functional, sustainable, and pleasant.
This process is not magic, but it is magical and certainly not a compulsory task, but rather a healthy collaboration. Therefore, offer yourself this gift, whenever you feel that the time is right. Mr. Tsourounakis is
a graduate of the University of Athens, Department of Psychology, with a degree grade of 8.4/10 and postgraduate education in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counseling.
He has worked in structures for persons with disabilities of the Ministry of Health (2020-2021) and in the Family Therapy Unit (2018-2020), a branch of the Psychiatric Hospital of Athens.
Furthermore, he has served as a trainee Psychologist at the General Air Force Hospital (2021-2022), as well as in other mental health-related institutions. Between 2014-2018, he was a member of the NGO E.K.KLI.PSY., an organization primarily engaged in clinical research work. Lastly, he is a member of the Greek Actors Association, where he has been volunteering his services to this day.
