Μου άρεσε πολύ ο γιατρός! Πολύ ανθρώπινος, το είδα και από την αντιμετώπιση του σε άλλους ασθενείς. Νομίζω έκανα πολύ καλά που τον επισκέφτηκα - ακόμα και αν ήταν για μεμονωμένο περιστατικό θα τον κρατήσω και θα τον προτείνω.

Θα ήθελα να εκφράσω την απόλυτη ικανοποίησή μου για την εξαιρετική φροντίδα που έλαβα. Ο κ. Μπάλτας είναι ένας άριστος επαγγελματίας και επιστήμονας. Η αιμορροιδοπλαστική με λέιζερ πραγματοποιήθηκε με απόλυτη επιτυχία, επαγγελματισμό και σε ένα περιβάλλον που ενέπνεε εμπιστοσύνη και ασφάλεια. Από την πρώτη στιγμή μου εξήγησε με σαφήνεια τη διαδικασία, απάντησε σε όλες τις απορίες μου και με έκανε να νιώσω σιγουριά για την επιλογή μου. Ιδιαίτερη αναφορά αξίζει και στην κα. Γιαννοπούλου, η οποία ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμη, ευγενική και εξαιρετικά εξυπηρετική. Με στήριξε σε κάθε στάδιο, τόσο πριν όσο και μετά το χειρουργείο, δείχνοντας πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον και φροντίδα.
