Dimitris Vasiadis is a Psychiatrist and Psychotherapist with extensive experience in providing psychiatric care and psychotherapy across both public institutions and private practice. His professional journey began in 2003 as an independent psychotherapist, and over the years, he has held key clinical roles in well-established hospitals and mental health units.
He graduated from the Medical School of Athens in 2002 and completed his rural medical service at the Health Center of Pyli in Trikala (2016–2017). He then began his psychiatric specialization at the Psychiatric Clinic of the 251 Hellenic Air Force General Hospital and continued his training at Evangelismos General Hospital in Athens, where he worked as a Psychiatrist and Psychotherapist from 2018 to 2023.
Since 2023, he has been collaborating with "VIMA KOINO", offering comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and psychotherapeutic treatment. His academic training includes clinical psychopharmacology (Hellenic Psychiatric Association), psychoanalytic approaches to trauma (Hellenic Society for Psychoanalysis and Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy), and specialized training in the management of Borderline Personality Disorder at the Gunderson Institute, McLean Hospital – Harvard Medical School (2024–2025).
He has completed a four-year training program in Cognitive and Analytic Psychotherapy through the **Panhellenic Union of Cognitive and Analytic Psychotherapy, where he has been an active member since 2022. His scientific activity includes participation in national and international conferences, such as the 8th Congress on Neurobiology, Psychopharmacology & Treatment Guidance (2023), where he presented "The art of psychopharmacology: tailoring the antipsychotic treatment."
