Διατηρεί ορθοπαιδικό ιατρείο στον Πειραιά και συνεργάζεται με ιδιωτικές κλινικές στην Αθήνα και τον Πειραιά. Επέστρεψε στην Ελλάδα μετά από σχεδόν 17 χρόνια παραμονής στην Γερμανία και έχοντας υπηρετήσει ως Επιμελήτρια Α΄ σε μεγάλα ακαδημαϊκά νοσοκομεία της χώρας. Ασχολείται με όλο το φάσμα της τραυματολογίας, με ειδίκευση στην αντιμετώπιση σύνθετων καταγμάτων και των επακόλουθων καταστάσεων τους. Αφού συγκέντρωσε μεγάλη χειρουργική εμπειρία και όγκο περιστατικών, απέκτησε, το 2018, τον τίτλο της εξειδικευμένης τραυματοχειρουργού, από τον αντίστοιχο ιατρικό σύλλογο της Βόρειας Ρηνανίας Βεστφαλίας. Dr. Lepetsos Panagiotis is an Orthopedic Surgeon and maintains his private practice in Neo Irakleio. He is a consultant at the Athens Medical Center.
