Kyriaki Sapalidou is a physician specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, with extensive experience in treating patients with musculoskeletal, rheumatologic, neurological conditions, and chronic pain. She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Ioannina and is a member of the Hellenic Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (EEFIAP) as well as the European Board of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine, recognized by the UEMS (Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes).
She has been practicing as a physiatrist since 2003, working as a private practitioner in her clinic in Peristeri, where she is the scientific head of the physiotherapy department. Additionally, she performs medical acupuncture, having been trained and certified by the International Council of Medical Acupuncture and Related Techniques (ICMART).
She has served as the scientific director of the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation department in major private healthcare facilities, such as Metropolitan General and the "White Cross" Clinic, while also gaining valuable experience in the public sector through training at prominent hospitals including the Athens General Hospital “Evangelismos” - Polyclinic, the Attikon University Hospital “Sismanogleio,” and the Attikon University Hospital KAT.
In pursuit of ongoing professional development, she has attended over 30 advanced seminars and training programs both in Greece and abroad and has published numerous scientific studies, actively contributing to research and the scientific community within her field.
