Είναι κάτοχος του Μεταπτυχιακού προγράμματος “Διεθνής Ιατρική -Διαχείριση Κρίσεων Υγείας” του ΕΚΠΑ. Είναι Certified στην Culinary Medicine (πανεπιστήμιο Harvard/Spaulding Rehabilitation Center) και στην Lifestyle Medicine (από την European Organization of Lifestyle Medicine). Έχει εκπαιδευτεί στο Μotivational interviewing (Πανεπιστήμιο Umass). 

Έχει ολοκληρώσει 2 έτη εκπαίδευσης στον Ιατρικό Βελονισμό και έχει παρακολουθήσει τα μετεκπαιδευτικά μαθήματα της Ελληνικής Εταιρίας Αλγολογίας. Είναι πρωτοπόρος της Lifestyle Medicine σε παγκόσμιο επίπεδο και γι’ αυτό έχει εκλεγεί Πρόεδρος (President Elect) του Lifestyle Medicine Networking group του American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine. Δραστηριοποιείται σε δράσεις ανθρωπιστικής Ιατρικής. Για το σκοπό αυτό έχει ταξιδέψει στην Αφρική, ενώ παρείχε ιατρική βοήθεια σε καταυλισμούς προσφύγων στη Γερμανία.Είναι Πρόεδρος του Συλλόγου φίλων της Μαιευτικής& Γυναικολογικής Κλινικής του Αρεταίειου Νοσοκομείου και με δική της Πρωτοβουλία και επιστημονική καθοδήγηση, ο Σύλλογος έχει δημιουργήσει το πρώτο Pampering Room για γυναίκες με γυναικολογικό καρκίνο, στις οποίες προσφέρεται ολιστική υποστήριξη.Είναι επίσης μέλος του ΔΣ του Ελληνικού Ιδρύματος Καρδιολογίας, του Hellenic Initiative Against Alzheimer’s, μέλος της Επιστημονικής Επιτροπής της Ελληνικής Αντικαρκινικής Εταιρίας και συνιδρύτρια της Πρωτοβουλίας BrainGain. Είναι προσκεκλημένη ομιλήτρια σε πολλά συνέδρια στην Ελλάδα & το εξωτερικό και ασχολείται ενεργά με την εκπαίδευση του πληθυσμού σε θέματα υγείας και ειδικά στη μακροβιότητα, στην υγιή γήρανση και τον τρόπο ζωής ως πρόληψη & θεραπεία.
