Dr. Totlis Tryfon is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Sports Medicine Specialist, PhD holder, and Assistant Professor of Medicine at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He holds a Scholarship of Excellence from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has been awarded 7 scholarships/training fellowships in Greece and abroad, including at Rush University Hospital in Chicago, USA, and St. Anna Hospital in Herne, Germany. At these clinics, he specialized in arthroscopic surgery of the knee, shoulder, and ankle, as well as joint replacement with prostheses (arthroplasty). He has an extensive scientific portfolio, having authored more than 270 studies and 90 scientific articles in Greek and international journals and is frequently invited as a speaker for lectures both in Greece and internationally. He is a member of the board of directors of the European Society of Sports Traumatology, Knee Surgery & Arthroscopy (ESSKA/EKA), vice president of the Hellenic Society for the Study of Regenerative Medicine, and a board member of the Hellenic Sports Medicine Society, as well as an active member of other international and national scientific societies. He was part of the medical team of the football club PAOK FC in the Superleague from 2016 to 2019 and serves as a consulting orthopedic surgeon for numerous teams across various sports and levels. He maintains his scientific office at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and sees patients at the TheMIS Orthopedic Center in Kalamaria, at his private practice in Edessa, and at the specialized Orthopedic Regenerative Medicine Clinic at the "Agios Loukas" Clinic in Panorama, Thessaloniki. He was himself a basketball athlete, and his approach philosophy is "movement + functionality" = "quality of life."

Ήταν συνιδρύτρια και επιστημονική υπεύθυνη του Πρότυπου Κέντρου Φυσικοθεραπείας “Κίνηση & Θεραπεία” από το 2004 έως και το 2017.

Είναι βασική καθηγήτρια : της “Studio One Sports & Fitness School, με αντικείμενο: την Αθλητική Tραυματιολογία, Ανατομία και Εμβιομηχανική από το 2010 έως και σήμερα στα διπλώματα Personal Training, Pilates, Yoga.

Ήταν βασική καθηγήτρια : στη σχολή “Athens Yoga” με αντικείμενο ανατομία και κινησιολογία στο δίπλωμα της Yoga από το 2012 έως και το 2019 και βασική καθηγήτρια σε workshops με θέμα Myofascial Release And Trigger Point Therapy από το 2016 έως και σήμερα.

Έχει συμμετάσχει στην συγγραφή του εγχειριδίου: του Studio One, στην ειδικότητα του personal training στο κομμάτι της Αθλητικής Τραυματολογίας και των Ειδικών Πληθυσμών, αλλά και στη συγγραφή και έκδοση βιβλίου με τη συμμετοχή του καθηγητή Dr V.Zelev με θέμα ασκήσεις με Swiss Ball σε ασθενείς με δισκοπάθεια.

Αριθμεί πολλές δημοσιεύσεις και έχει υπάρξει ομιλήτρια σε δεκάδες συνέδρια.

My name is Dimitrios Tzouras and I am a physiotherapist specializing in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation as well as human body performance – ranging from elite athletes to everyday individuals seeking better movement and a life without pain.

I hold a University degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Thessaly, a Master's Diploma in Kinesiology from the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science (T.E.F.A.A) of Serres, part of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with a specialization in analysis and programming of human movement.

I also studied at the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at Democritus University of Thrace.

I hold a Manual Therapy Diploma from H-OMTeDu (IFOMPT) and certification in McKenzie mechanical diagnosis and therapy from the Hellenic Institute.

In parallel, I have attended seminars in Greece and abroad in: Mulligan, Clinical Pilates, Re-Thinking Rotator Cuff Rehabilitation, Management of the complex Shoulder, Spine Rehabilitation, Ergon IASTM, PNF Advance, Strength & Conditioning, Specified instructor in Function Cross Training, and have participated in numerous scientific workshops and conferences.

Due to my scientific expertise, I am a frequent invited speaker at T.E.F.A.A Thessaloniki, where I teach courses on Manual Therapy Techniques and Core Stability.

I have worked at Formula Medicine Italy in preparing and rehabilitating high-level athletes (volleyball, skiing, football, basketball, swimming) and with racing drivers from Formula 4 to Formula 2.

Kazas Christos is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Traumatologist for adults and children, maintaining a private practice in Thessaloniki. He graduated from the Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace, based in Alexandroupoli, and holds a Master’s degree in "Clinical Surgical Anatomy" from the Medical School of the same institution. He completed his specialization in Orthopedics & Traumatology at the 2nd Orthopedic Clinic of Papageorgiou Hospital and subsequently moved to the United Kingdom to work as a Senior Clinical Fellow in Paediatric Trauma & Orthopaedics at Birmingham Children’s Hospital, BWC NHS Trust, and later worked at Leeds General Infirmary. Currently, in his private practice, he manages cases of Pediatric Trauma, Pediatric Orthopedics, Adult Orthopedics, as well as Adult Traumatology.

Rontogiannis Georgios is an Orthopedic Surgeon who maintains a private practice in Chalkida. He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He possesses considerable clinical experience, having specialized in major clinics in Germany. Upon his return to Greece, he assumed the position of Consultant in the Orthopedic and Sports Orthopedic Clinic at Metropolitan Hospital. The physician specializes in arthroscopy, minimally invasive hip arthroplasty, as well as knee arthroplasty.

Spyrantis Manolis is an Orthopedic Surgeon practicing privately in Heraklion, Crete. He studied at the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in Surgical Sciences at the University of Crete. He began his specialization in Orthopedics at the Venizeleio-Paneio General Hospital, where he participated in numerous surgeries addressing trauma, sports injuries, and joint arthroplasties. He continued his training at the Attikon General Hospital "KAT," specializing in upper limb disorders and minor surgeries, as well as at the Paediatric Hospital "Panagiotis & Aglaia Kyriakou." He possesses significant clinical experience, having served as Assistant Consultant B' in Orthopedics at Venizeleio-Paneio General Hospital and Assistant Consultant B' in Orthopedics at the University General Hospital of Heraklion, focusing on arthroscopic surgery, reconstructive surgery of major joints, and trauma management. Furthermore, he has participated in numerous medical conferences, and his scientific contributions include oral presentations, research papers, and contributions to medical textbook authorship.

Gatos Giorgos, MD, MSc, is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Sports Medicine Specialist with expertise in Arthroscopic and Open Shoulder and Knee Surgery, Sports Injuries, Reconstructive Surgery, and modern combined Biological therapies. He maintains a private practice in Gerakas and simultaneously serves as Deputy Director of the 3rd Orthopedic Clinic at Hygeia-Mitera Hospital, as well as a Scientific Collaborator at the Psychiko Medical Center. He completed his postgraduate studies at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with a thesis on Metabolic Bone Diseases.

Physio Heal Tsomi Despoina is a graduate of the Department of Physiotherapy at the Athens University of Applied Sciences. She also holds a degree in Business Administration from the Athens College of Economics. She has 14 years of experience gained through her work in military and public hospitals (401 General Military Hospital of Athens, 251 General Hospital of Athens, Asklipieio Voula, E.I.A.A), as well as at the University Hospital of Valencia “La Fe,” at the Physis clinic, and with the Llevant sports team in Spain. She has also volunteered at N.N.A and worked as a physiotherapist in private therapy centers. She has been trained in acupuncture therapy, Clinical Pilates, manual therapy, and the Schroth method.

She specializes and has experience in neurological, musculoskeletal, respiratory, and gynecological rehabilitation through accurate assessment. Since 2010, she has been a member of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists (PSF).

Dr. Diakatos Andreas is an Orthopedic Surgeon who maintains a private practice in Ilioupoli. He was born in Athens. He began his specialty training in Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology at the Asklipiio Voulas Hospital. For two years, he trained in Microsurgery at KAT Hospital and for one year in Pediatric Orthopedics at the same hospital. In 2014, he obtained the Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology specialty certification and has been practicing privately since then. He is currently affiliated with Hygeia Hospital, where a significant number of robotic surgeries are performed, a cutting-edge technology in knee and hip arthroplasty within this specialty. Finally, it would be remiss not to mention his training in Bologna, Italy, under Professor Maurilio Marcacci, as well as in Leeds, United Kingdom.

Triantafyllidis Pantelis is an Orthopedic Surgeon with a clinic located in Galatsi, Marousi. He specializes in Knee and Hip Arthroplasty, Robotic Arthroplasty, Arthroscopic surgery of the knee, shoulder, and ankle, the treatment of Sports injuries, Osteoporosis, and fracture management. Additionally, during his specialty training, he has been trained in Microsurgery and upper limb surgery, as well as Pediatric Orthopedics. The clinic treats adult and adolescent patients with all types of orthopedic problems. Concurrently, he serves as the Director and Scientific Supervisor of the orthopedic department at Orthobiomed. Kyrxanidis Georgios is an Orthopedic Surgeon and maintains a private practice in Palaio Faliro. He graduated in Medicine from the First Moscow State Medical University - Sechenov, Russia. During his specialty training, he demonstrated a strong inclination towards surgery, participating in numerous operations and earning recognition for his proficiency in trauma management. He has worked in demanding public hospitals such as Piraeus General Hospital Tzaneio and Samos General Hospital, acquiring significant experience in orthopedic surgery.

Papaioannou Xristoforos is an Orthopedic Surgeon and Doctor of Medicine from the Medical School of the University of Freiburg, Germany, with a private practice in Agia Varvara. After completing his studies at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, he specialized in Orthopedics and Traumatology and sub-specialized in Upper Limb, Hand Surgery, and Microsurgery at major centers in Germany. He is a certified Hand Surgeon (Handchirurg) following examinations at the University of Münster, Germany. He currently maintains a position as an Orthopedic Surgeon in the Department of Orthopedics, Traumatology & Hand Surgery at the Kreisklinikum Siegen clinic, an academic center of the University of Marburg. Furthermore, he specialized in the Department of Orthopedics, Traumatology & Hand Surgery at Darmstadt Hospital (Kreisklinikum Darmstadt). Additionally, he worked at the certified orthopedic center and arthroplasty center, as well as in the spinal surgery department of the orthopedic clinic in Lorsch, Germany, where he specialized in minimally invasive knee and hip arthroplasty surgery and in targeted fluoroscopy-guided injection therapy with slow-release corticosteroids for the management of chronic pain in spinal disorders. Finally, he served for several years as a scientific collaborator at the University of Freiburg and has numerous publications in scientific journals and conferences.

Dr. Panagopoulos Georgios is a Director Orthopedic Surgeon with extensive training and surgical experience in the United States of America and the United Kingdom. Although he is involved in the entire spectrum of Orthopedic Surgery, his primary area of expertise/interest is Arthroscopic and Reconstructive Surgery of the Upper Limb (shoulder, elbow, and hand). Dr. Panagopoulos has completed numerous long-term fellowship programs in the upper limb and has served at the highest level as a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon at one of the largest Trauma Centers in Europe. Dr. Panagopoulos was born and raised in Athens. He completed his medical studies at the Medical School of the University of Rome, graduating with honors (magna cum laude). Subsequently, he completed his Residency in Orthopedic Surgery & Traumatology at the University Orthopedic Clinic of the University of Athens (Attikon University General Hospital). Dr. Panagopoulos expanded his training by completing a fellowship program in the Upper Limb in Pittsburgh, USA (2016-2017). He then served at the world-renowned Shoulder-Elbow Clinic in Reading, United Kingdom (2018-2020), as well as at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in Stanmore (2020). Dr. Panagopoulos subsequently worked as a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon at the Royal London Hospital, one of the largest Trauma Centers in the United Kingdom and Europe. He holds a PhD from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Loukogiannaki Souzana - Human Kinetics is a Physiotherapist and acupuncture specialist, operating a private physiotherapy and biomedical acupuncture center in Pefki. She holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the Technological Educational Institute of Athens and completed a research postgraduate program in Exercise and Quality of Life at the Department of Physical Education and Sports Science, Democritus University of Thrace. Additionally, she trained in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy using the McKenzie method at the Hellenic McKenzie Institute and obtained certification in the Scenar - Cosmodic method from LET Medical Research Lab in the United Kingdom. Subsequently, she specialized in Biomedical Acupuncture at the Laboratory of Musculoskeletal and Respiratory Physiotherapy at the University of West Attica. She also pursued further training in Traditional Chinese Acupuncture at the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China. Moreover, she holds certification in Therapeutic Exercise Health Qigong Ba Duan Jin and Taiji Eight Routines & Five Steps from the training program conducted at the Tai Ji Health Center of the Laboratory of Musculoskeletal and Respiratory Physiotherapy at the University of West Attica in cooperation with the Shanghai Qigong Research Institute of the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, as well as in the Humantecar - Synergistic Healthcare Methodology. Finally, she is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists, the Hellenic Physiotherapy Society of Algology, and the "Physiotherapy in Women" section of the American Physical Therapy Association.

Dr. Papas Mixalis is an Orthopedic Surgeon with a private practice in Cholargos. He is a graduate and holds a PhD from the Medical School of the University of Patras. Additionally, he has received specialized training in Orthopedics and Traumatology at the University Clinic of the General Hospital of Rio.
