My name is Dimitrios Tzouras and I am a physiotherapist specializing in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation as well as human body performance – ranging from elite athletes to everyday individuals seeking better movement and a life without pain.

I hold a University degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Thessaly, a Master's Diploma in Kinesiology from the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science (T.E.F.A.A) of Serres, part of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with a specialization in analysis and programming of human movement.

I also studied at the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at Democritus University of Thrace.

I hold a Manual Therapy Diploma from H-OMTeDu (IFOMPT) and certification in McKenzie mechanical diagnosis and therapy from the Hellenic Institute.

In parallel, I have attended seminars in Greece and abroad in: Mulligan, Clinical Pilates, Re-Thinking Rotator Cuff Rehabilitation, Management of the complex Shoulder, Spine Rehabilitation, Ergon IASTM, PNF Advance, Strength & Conditioning, Specified instructor in Function Cross Training, and have participated in numerous scientific workshops and conferences.

Due to my scientific expertise, I am a frequent invited speaker at T.E.F.A.A Thessaloniki, where I teach courses on Manual Therapy Techniques and Core Stability.

I have worked at Formula Medicine Italy in preparing and rehabilitating high-level athletes (volleyball, skiing, football, basketball, swimming) and with racing drivers from Formula 4 to Formula 2.

Η Μίγκου Στεφανία MD, MSc είναι Στρατιωτικός γιατρός - Φυσίατρος - Ομοιοπαθητικός και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στο Νέο Ηράκλειο. Ξεκίνησε την εκπαίδευσή της στη Στρατιωτική Σχολή Αξιωματικών Σωμάτων και στο Αριστοτέλειο Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλονίκης, όπου απέκτησε το πτυχίο Ιατρικής, ενώ συνέχισε με μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές στο Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών με αντικείμενο την αποκατάσταση βλαβών νωτιαίου μυελού και τη διαχείριση πόνου σπονδυλικής προέλευσης. Gatos Giorgos, MD, MSc, is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Sports Medicine Specialist with expertise in Arthroscopic and Open Shoulder and Knee Surgery, Sports Injuries, Reconstructive Surgery, and modern combined Biological therapies. He maintains a private practice in Gerakas and simultaneously serves as Deputy Director of the 3rd Orthopedic Clinic at Hygeia-Mitera Hospital, as well as a Scientific Collaborator at the Psychiko Medical Center. Physio Heal Tsomi Despoina is a graduate of the Department of Physiotherapy at the Athens University of Applied Sciences. She also holds a degree in Business Administration from the Athens College of Economics. She has 14 years of experience gained through her work in military and public hospitals (401 General Military Hospital of Athens, 251 General Hospital of Athens, Asklipieio Voula, E.I.A.A), as well as at the University Hospital of Valencia “La Fe,” at the Physis clinic, and with the Llevant sports team in Spain. She has also volunteered at N.N.A and worked as a physiotherapist in private therapy centers. She has been trained in acupuncture therapy, Clinical Pilates, manual therapy, and the Schroth method.

She specializes and has experience in neurological, musculoskeletal, respiratory, and gynecological rehabilitation through accurate assessment. Since 2010, she has been a member of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists (PSF).

Myriokefalitakis Emmanouil is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Sports Medicine Specialist with a private practice in Peristeri since 2011. He graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has completed the postgraduate program "Health Unit Management" at the School of Social Sciences of the Hellenic Open University. He specialized in Orthopedic Surgery at the General Hospital of Athens "G. Gennimatas" and in Pediatric Orthopedics at the General Children's Hospital of Athens "P. & A. Kyriakou". He has served as a collaborating physician for the Women's Basketball Team Esperides, as well as the Men's Basketball Team of Olympiacos for 4 years. Additionally, he is the Head of the medical team of G.S. Peristeri and responsible for all the club’s academies, and he is a Lecturer in paramedical courses at IEK Peristeri, Haidari, Acharnes, and Korydallos. Ο Παπαδόπουλος Παναγιώτης MD, MSc είναι Ορθοπαιδικός Χειρουργός, Υποδιευθυντής της Γ΄ Ορθοπαιδικής Κλινικής ΥΓΕΙΑ. Έχει εξειδίκευση στην Αρθροσκοπική και Ανοικτή Χειρουργική Ώμου και Γόνατος, στις Αθλητικές Κακώσεις, την Επανορθωτική Χειρουργική και στις σύγχρονες συνδυαστικές Βιολογικές θεραπείες. Διαθέτει ιδιαίτερο κλινικό και ερευνητικό ενδιαφέρον στην αντιμετώπιση των παθήσεων του ώμου με σύγχρονες τεχνικές ελάχιστης επεμβατικότητας, προηγμένες αρθροσκοπικές μεθόδους και καινοτόμα βιολογικά πρωτόκολλα, με στόχο τη γρήγορη λειτουργική αποκατάσταση και τη μακροχρόνια σταθερότητα του ώμου. Dr. Papas Mixalis is an Orthopedic Surgeon with a private practice in Cholargos. He is a graduate and holds a PhD from the Medical School of the University of Patras. Dr. Totlis Tryfon is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Sports Medicine Specialist, PhD holder, and Assistant Professor of Medicine at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He holds a Scholarship of Excellence from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has been awarded 7 scholarships/training fellowships in Greece and abroad, including at Rush University Hospital in Chicago, USA, and St. Anna Hospital in Herne, Germany. At these clinics, he specialized in arthroscopic surgery of the knee, shoulder, and ankle, as well as joint replacement with prostheses (arthroplasty). He has an extensive scientific portfolio, having authored more than 270 studies and 90 scientific articles in Greek and international journals and is frequently invited as a speaker for lectures both in Greece and internationally. He was part of the medical team of the football club PAOK FC in the Superleague from 2016 to 2019 and serves as a consulting orthopedic surgeon for numerous teams across various sports and levels. Dr. Antonios Aggoules, MD, PhD, is an Orthopedic Surgeon who maintains a private practice in Neo Psychiko. He holds a doctoral degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as a medical degree from the same institution. He completed his specialty training in Orthopedics at the "Asklepieio" Voula Hospital, "P. & A.
