Kalogeropoulou Dionysia is an Ophthalmologist who runs a private practice in Nea Erythraia. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She completed her Ophthalmology specialty training at the Athens Polyclinic, Hygeia Melathron, and the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos." During her specialty training, she successfully performed numerous surgical procedures, including cataract surgery, glaucoma surgery, dacryocystorhinostomies, blepharoplasties, entropion, and ectropion corrections. She has attended many courses both in Greece and abroad, where she received further training in Refractive Surgery and the latest advancements in cataract and glaucoma surgery. She completed a mini fellowship at the Vardinogiannis Institute of Crete focused on the latest developments in refractive procedures for correcting myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, and presbyopia. She maintains a modern ophthalmology practice equipped with the latest technology devices for the diagnosis and treatment of ophthalmic conditions. She collaborates with Hygeia Hospital, the Ophthalmology Clinic of Ypapanti, as well as the Athens Refractive Center. Finally, the physician is a member of the Hellenic Ophthalmological Society, the Society of Intraocular Lenses and Refractive Surgery, the Glaucoma Society, and the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons.
